As a long-standing supplier of well-known German OEMs, we are mainly engaged in the production of individual body parts and assemblies through to ready-to-paint hang-on parts.
In doing so, we can represent almost all steps of product development in-house:

- Tool and equipment design and production in-house
- Manufacture of individual sheet metal parts and sub-assemblies made of aluminum or steel
- manual or robot-assisted production of complex assemblies (e.g. side doors, front flaps, tailgates, spoilers, tank and load hatches, etc.)

Our flexible and experienced employees as well as universal manufacturing systems enable us to economically represent both prototypes and small and medium-sized series of large parts (car sidewall, floor groups). Even in the high-volume sector, we support our customers with smaller components (e.g. tank and loading hatches).

Of course, we also have sufficient experience and the technical capabilities to implement manual joining technologies, such as resistance point, MAG, MIG, TIG welding, nut and bolt welding, punch riveting, clinching, roll folding, gluing, etc.

With our manual transfer large and servo-hydraulic transfer presses including decoiling system and circuit board cleaning, 3D lasers, universal robotic systems, a CNC-controlled shell furnace and also the finishing of outer skin components, we believe that the ideal conditions are available to also take over your component supply.

We are also happy to answer your inquiries about production relocations or spare parts production after series production has ended, with downstream KTL coating from long-standing partner companies if required.

PTFE Poly-tetra-fluoro-ethylene, is a unique material. It reacts very difficult with other chemicals. Even highly aggressive acids, it can not destroy. We are more than PTFE

Sure PTFE is one of the most interesting plastics and is used just as successfully in machine and plant construction as in medicine or semiconductor technology. However, sometimes material properties are required, which are lighter, cheaper or faster to achieve with other high performance plastics.

And since we want to produce materials that are tailored to your needs, we process, for example, the following plastic materials:

Ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene (ETFE), which is used for example in architecture
Polychlorotrifluoroethylene (PCTFE), known by its extreme form stability, it is for pumps, compressors and used in refrigeration

PTG GmbH was founded on November 10th, 2006 by the company Gröber Metallverarbeitung. The core competence in surface finishing through superfinishing was supplemented by the strategic procurement management of drawing parts and assemblies as well as the trade in sliding elements.

In 2015, we took over the company Zink Kunststoffsystemtechnik GmbH including customers and staff.
On 01.11.2018 we re-founded the company and renamed it RABATECH Kunststofftechnik.
Meanwhile, we have grown to a staff of 37 employees and a machine park of 23 injection molding machines in the range of 12.5 tons to 270 tons.
Our strengths are already in the development phase to offer our customers the support.
We make the material selection, optimize the components Injection-molded make the tool designs and constructions, build the tools and then bring the project into series production.
Our team consists of several skilled injection molding technologists.

We currently have two in our sheet metal processing plant in Wörth
Trumpf CO² laser systems, with which we can process thicknesses in the steel range
of 1-25mm and in the stainless steel and aluminum range of 1-10mm.
The working range of our systems is 3000*1500 mm.



We can bend sheet metal parts on our press brake up to a length of
3000 mm and with a press force of max. 220 tons.

R · B · B Aluminum offers you a complete management around the aluminum profile - from the conception of the profiles, over the tool construction and the extrusion, the mechanical processing and the surface treatment up to the delivery just-in-time.
