We manufacture on CNC vertical milling centers, as well as conventional saws, milling boring, flat and rotary table grinding. For the grooved pin production, we have special notching machines.
For the production of tubular rivets we use various machines in which the flanging and cutting operation is performed one after another. Part, these machines are also equipped with double feed, so that the same two parts can be produced. Furthermore, rebuilt machines in use to manufacture special lengths outside the norm can.
We manufacture according to standard or customer drawings of different materials (steel, various stainless steels, aluminum, copper, tool steel, stainless steel, brass, various plastics on request, special materials, etc.). With subsequent heat treatment / surface treatment as desired.
