Our company is specialised in manufacturing of sheet metals and plastics which is established in 2003 Izmir / Turkey. We are offering our services for sub-contracting to the other companies.
That is to say, we want to be the sub-contractor of other companies and produce semi or finished products for them, in case of their over capacity or missing process.

MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIES:
The services offered are cutting, bending and welding processes of aluminum, stainless sheet, DKP, INOX, HRP, galvanized sheets and plates with laser cut, punch cut and press brake machines located in sheet forming unit; and the forming of ABS, PVC, Plexiglass and acrylic plastic plates are carried out with thermoforming (vacuuming) machines in plastics forming unit; and finally gas metal arc, mig, mag and tig weldings services.

Fortell s.r.o. provides complete services in the branch of plastic parts since its foundation in 1995. Besides the actual injection moulding, an advantage is high-quality design and manufacture of injection moulds in the company's own tool room. This makes it possible to adapt moulds and deliver plastic components on schedule.

Our next activity is delivery of metal parts incl. design and production of stamping tools for metal forming. We are able to produce them on eccentric and automatic presses and to deliver them incl. surface treatment.
