IMPEA has been in the sheet metal cold-forming and assembling business for over forty years. As supplier to leading Italian and foreign companies in the field of farming mechanization and earth-moving machinery, it prides itself in particular on its considerable specialization in the production of vehicle bodies and lightweight structural work. INDUSTRIAS ALZUARAN, founded in 1959, is a spanish ISOTS16949 certified company dedicated to the manufacture of stamping parts with heat treatment, such as retaining rings DIN-471,472, 6799 spring washers DIN-2093, safety washers DIN-7967, wave washers, clips,.. etc…and special parts according to drawing or sample up to 6 mm in thickness.

- For mechanical and electronic instruments avioniva (60% of the business), we have advanced equipment and qualified personnel for the machining and welding of the chassis, cabinets, boxes, structures made of aluminum alloys and stainless steels used in avionics, electromechanical and electronic systems for the defense.
- Details of carpentry and mechanics for machine tools, automation, and construction equipment, food industry and food, boating (40% of the business).
The large fleet allows us to range between different production processes such as machining (CNC milling with Cad-Cam), cold forming of sheet metal and tubes (bending, rolling, calendering), the electric arc welding (TIG, MIG, MAG), using these processes for the realization of various products and applications.
The Ing. Bertolotti provides custom solutions to its customers by creating special items, prototypes, small and medium series. We are able to cover all stages of the production process, from development and design support, to final implementation. We supply finished parts include mechanical surface finish complying with various standards, including military ones (painting, blasting and shot peening, plating and chemical processes such as Alodine 1200, heat treatment) and mechanical assembly of inserts and aeronautical rivets.
