For over 30 years, designs and manufactures the company Kuhmünch in Hanau-Steinheim precision tools, assemblies, and metal parts for demanding customers in the industry and crafts.



Knowledgeable staff with years of experience, competence development and a modern, DV-supported and universal machines ensure constant adaptation to technical progress and to the special requirements of customers.



The extensive production line includes cutting and punching tools, welding and assembly fixtures, sheet metal assemblies, metal stamping, bending and drawing parts. The company produced according to samples or drawings by the zero series up to series production.

Kupro has over 15 years experience in outsourcing in the metal and plastic in Eastern Europe with Poland, Romania and the Baltic states as key countries.
The most important areas are in metal:

All mechanical operations such as turning, fezen and drilling in all types of metal
Welding and construction products such as railings of balconies

The main areas are in the plastic:

Production of products using injection molding, blow and extrusion technology etc.
Manufacture of molds for these systems.

As a partner of the electrical, automotive and aerospace industry, we are committed to international quality standards. We are certified to ISO / TS 16949 and also have a certified environmental management system according to DIN EN ISO 14001.

As a medium sized company we are active in the areas of elevator construction, refrigeration and device technology and in sheet metal processing. We manufacture components for mechanical engineering and plant engineering and system supplier for the automotive and railway industry.

The family-owned enterprise was founded by Kurt Allert in Leinfelden-Echterdingen in 1959, and in the following decades has established itself as a quality brand. Since 1997 we have been part of the Oetiker Group, which is active throughout the world.

Allert develops individual solutions with long working lives for connecting and conveying technology. Be it pressed parts, formed parts, hinged plate conveyors, special chain conveyors or worm drive clamps. Each individual product is carefully designed, made to high quality and will perform even under the toughest production conditions.

By applying our know-how and selecting outstanding materials we ensure the quality of our products even for use under challenging hot, cold or wet conditions, or in contact with aggressive materials. Allert hinged plate conveyors and transport chains convey red-hot materials as well as very fine chips, conserve heat during the production of baked products and allow liquids to pass through when the goods transported must be sprayed with water or oil. Our wear-resistant components ensure a long working life.

Allert produces holders, rings, special clamps and other fastening components at high volumes and consistent quality for many different sectors of industry.
Our installation of machine tools includes automatic presses and heavy-duty presses up to 4000 kN force. These allow processing of sheet metal components – the maximum material thickness is 6 mm. Efficient assembly by our skilled employees completes the production process. Of course each operation is supported by comprehensive quality management.

– In the automobile industry (retainer systems, oil trap plates, clamps …)
– For town supply pipes (clamps)
– In machine tool building and process plant installation

We are a precision spring manufacturer of compression-, torsion- and traction springs as well as stamped bended wireparts and stamped bended flat Material parts of max. 8 tons stamping preasure.
