We are an aluminum and secondary alloy foundry,
we deal with mergers for different sectors:

We also produce both shell and die cast molds.
We do mechanical processing according to design.

Since 1997, our company has been manufacturing mechanical parts for
third parties. We are specialized in CNC mechanical machining to
produce prototypes and small to medium series batches.

The experience we have gained over the years in many different
industries requiring turning and milling machining (as well as other
processes) allows us to meet any production requirement and need
promptly and in a very flexible way.

Since1976, we have been designing and building moulds for moulding plastic materials and we have been dealing with injection moulding and metal replacement. We have a moulding department with 10 injection moulding machines with a range from 60 to 380 tons of clamping force, equipped with Kluin Wijhe B.V. injection units, one of the leading company in this field, and Maxi Melt plasticizing screw profiles, specific for families of engeneering plastics. Our long expertise and continuous updating on the innovation of polymers, their characteristics and possible applications, on the design methods, moulding and mould construction, allow us to analyse projects and propose solutions to customers in a wide range of sectors

Meccanica Generale is an advanced mold maker with big expertise and long experience in the fields of mould design and construction in the automotive sectors (door panels, carriers, intake manifold, pillars, underhood components, lighting) technical products (also 2k), material handling, domestic appliances, medical devices and we are currently handling some very interesting projects in the aerospace sector (injection molding, with component overmolded, and vibration welding technology involved, with peek material).

In addition to the capabilities of a traditional moldmaker, we have an internal R&D department to support our partners, when requested, in product design, feasibility and mouldability evaluation and moldflow analysis, to optimse too, coolinl and, in the end, cycle time.
