We are a small family business that deals with many activities.
We manufacture steel platforms, welded constructions, roofs, railings, handrails, steel components, stainless steel (predominantly 1.4301) and aluminum alloys. In addition, with our machine park, we are also able to carry out small series as well as single part production in turning and milling work.
Recently, we have been accompanied by a flame cutting machine, with the help of which we can also produce thicker plates independently and at short notice.

Laser and bending work are no problem for us and our neighboring companies, which means that sheet metal working is also possible.
We are also happy to take over 3D CAD work and can thus offer you an all-inclusive package. :)

Besides the construction of test and production equipment, the company Sigel plant GmbH also offers pure mechanical services. In our modern production machines, we produce only prototypes but also small series up to a lot size of 500 pieces.

The company specializes in the manufacture of cable systems, cable harnesses, electromechanical assemblies, potting and wound products.

At the site Klingenthal and the Czech Republic are us over 3500 square meters of production space. We currently employ approximately 100 skilled employees, who are specialized in the production of individual parts and ready to install cable systems and electro-mechanical assemblies according to customer requirements. Management, administration, methods and quality-related basic research as well as patterns and prototypes are in Klingenthal.

SOBEK CNC manufactures ready-to-install turning, milling and drilling parts as individual parts or in small and large series from all machinable materials with or without surface treatment.

With our modern and powerful machine park, we are optimally equipped for the production of sophisticated turned and milled parts.

We are happy to support you in the product development stage and thus enable the cost optimization of your components right from the start.

Processing methods outside of our production range, e.g. B. grinding, laser marking, heat treatment, gear cutting, polishing, electropolishing, anodizing, nickel plating, galvanizing, chromating and passivating are carried out by long-standing and trustworthy cooperation partners - we take care of the timely organization.

We are a protected machine shop that offers jobs for people with intellectual impairment. Along with this clientele we provide versatile customer benefits in conventional mechanical field and that simple assembly work. Our batch sizes ranging from a few to several 100 pieces 1000 pieces.
