Since 1988 we have been a recognized workshop for mentally handicapped people who, due to the type and severity of their disability, cannot be employed on the general labor market, or can no longer or not yet be employed again.

In our metal processing we have the possibility to produce turned and milled parts on modern CNC lathes and the 3-axis machining center. In addition, we can offer cuts on vertical circular saws and band saws.
In addition to metal processing, we have several assembly and packaging groups at our site where parts can be assembled and packaged.

compensatory levy

According to the Social Security Code (SGB) IX § 71, every company with at least 20 employees is obliged to employ severely disabled people. The employment rate is 5%, so that for every 20 employees, one severely disabled person has to be hired. If this percentage is not reached, a monthly compensatory fee must be paid.

An order placed with the St. Josefs-Werkstätten Plaidt helps you to minimize these costs or save them entirely, since you can offset 50% of the work included in our invoice amount against the compensatory levy to be paid.

The respective amount is shown separately on the invoice and can therefore be used immediately as a certificate for the integration office.

Convince yourself of a production department worth inspection and testing. Our team has over 30 years of experience in producing temperature sensors and in developing the appropriate measurement and controls equipment for many different branches of industry.

For over 40 years, we have been manufacturing adapters for “end of line” test benches, high-voltage contacts (HV), complete systems, test cable harnesses, etc. Our customers include almost all well-known automotive and truck manufacturers worldwide as well as their strategic suppliers. From manually locked test benches to fully automated test benches for EOL testing, our adapters and our patented technology for tolerance compensation for small miniature test plugs can be used for testing processes up to millions of times. MOLD MAKING
In mold making, our focus is on complex mold making projects for special product groups, primarily for the electronics industry. Our core competencies include the production of premium injection molding tools for connectors and complex small parts.

We offer everything from a single source and support our customers throughout the process, from the idea to the finished product — and beyond. Because we also carry out maintenance and modification work quickly and reliably — even on other forms, if necessary.

INJECTION MOLDING
We ensure that good ideas also become good products. Small and large parts from theory can be produced in a wide variety of shapes, colors and material properties during injection molding. Anything is possible here. With our injection molding experts in Irig (SRB) and our partner network, we also offer solutions for particularly complex or tricky shapes and are therefore able to meet every customer requirement.
With our injection molding machines from 25 t to 450 t, we are ready for any task.

Our system services for you are completed by offering the complete assembly of all plastic parts manufactured by us as well as any necessary purchased parts. This allows you to make full use of the added value that we provide you with through our cooperation across the entire value chain. From idea to assembly and timely delivery, we are therefore your reliable partner.

We not only provide you with injection-molded parts, we also assemble complete components for you from several plastic and supplier parts, then pack and deliver them to you in their entirety. It makes no difference whether you provide us with the necessary functional parts or whether we buy them according to your specifications. In the end, you will have a ready-to-install and functional module at your disposal.

CABLE ASSEMBLY
We have an in-house department for cable assembly. To ensure a high-quality and reliable product, we use materials from renowned global manufacturers such as ConexCon, Conectronics GmbH, Molex, JST, TE Connectivity, Amphenol and many others; conductors in accordance with VDE and UL standards. We also have a wide range of tools for the manual and mechanical crimping of various wire ends, core and cable cutting machines, as well as devices for checking finished cables. Each finished cable goes through detailed quality control, so we can guarantee that you get the best quality and a long-lasting product.



SMD PICK & PLACE
In our electronics department, we are able to assemble specific circuit boards for our customers in order to round off the process chain of our range of services. In this case too, we offer a complete service, from development to the tested electronics that customers need for their products.

The company TOMA Engineering Turkey offers software and hardware solutions in the electronics sector for the automotive industry, Bundeswehr industry, medical technology, consumer electronics, telecommunications, agriculture, sensors, security technology and other industries.
