Wernecke is one of the largest manufacturers of fork heads, fork joints, turned and milled parts and supplies well-known customers worldwide in the automotive, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, hydraulics, medical technology, brake technology and agricultural engineering sectors, as well as the wholesale of fastening technology. Tool presetting, test gauges, automation systems

For decades, we are among the leading companies for punching, pressing, stamping and machining parts as well as assemblies. Our production facilities are located in
Wildenberg and herb home at the Jagst and in Surany, Slovakia.

To manufacture the parts presses are used with benefits 8-630 tons. We process steel, carbon steels, aluminum, stainless steel and non-ferrous metals in material thicknesses of
0.1 mm up to 18 mm and in bandwidths up to 1,000 mm.

To pre-production testing of newly developed products, our prototype produces the corresponding prototypes, small series or unique pieces.

In the company's own tool we implement your request to precisely and also in the quality you can expect from us in detail. For series production complex stage, progressive and transfer dies are used.

A mechanical finishing of all products is possible in our turning and grinding. Our hardening also provides several ways to highly stressed parts post-treat.

Since 1952 WSK "PZL- Kalisz" S.A. has been representing Polish aircraft industry and manufacturing aircraft piston ASz-62IR and AI- 14R engines. They are designed to power the following airplanes: An-2 and M-18 “Dromader" (ASz-62IR) and respectively PZL-101 “Gawron” and PZL-104 “Wilga” (AI-14R). These engine types have been worldwide recognized for their quality and awarded numerous quality certificates issued in the USA, Canada, Brazil, People’s Republic of China. They have been produced in thousands and have proved failure free thus clearly evidencing their highest reliability and performance quality. WSK “PZL-Kalisz” S.A. also overhauls and performs repairs of ASz-62IR and AI-14R engines. In addition, the Company manufactures and repairs assemblies and parts of TWD-10B engine for An-28 aircraft.
