We produce cast iron with lamellar graphite to GG-30, including special alloys up to a weight of 4000 kg and spheroidal graphite cast iron up to a weight of 1800 kg in hand molding.

In addition, we have a fully automatic molding line
and a semi-automatic molding machine

In the foundry there are about 28,000 different models.

This requires on the one hand an enormous storage capacity and on the other hand highly flexible employees who are constantly faced with new challenges.

Our models are produced by local farms flexible model.

The site of Gepforg is in Kóka, in Hungary, which is situated 40kms from Budapest. It was founded in 1990 with the participation of private ownership. The manager and also the owner is: Laczkó Ferenc. The history of our company run back over two decades. As a result of dynamic development, at present this medium-sized company uses an up-to-date CNC machine technology. Gepforg supplies different parts to a number of automobile factory and to their suppliers. We produce a wide range of parts (from air conditioner connector to electric motor houses). In 2003, Gepforg introduced the MSZ EN ISO 9001:2001 quality management system. The company is an accurate and a reliable partner because of the practise of the quality assurance according to the international standard and because of the direct contact with the partners. Precision casting, centrifugal casting, hydroformed tubes
