h2> Die-cast zinc /h2>

On our 20 PLC-controlled casting machines we manufacture zinc products from the zinc alloys Z 410 and Z 430 according to DIN 1774, primarily for the furniture and window industry, but also for other areas of application.Is produced with modern machinery that has a clamping force of 50 tons and are on the current state of technology. Because of our size we produce machinery parts up to about 500 g and a length of about 250 mm.



For further processing of these parts are



* Drill, cut, thread cutting, deburring, trovalieren

* Finishing (yellow chromating, blue chromate, silver surfaces / chrome-6-free, nickel, black zinc coating, KTL coating ...)

* Packaging (cardboard, octabins, bags, plastic packaging, wire baskets ...)



according to customer requirements.



h2> Plastic Injection Mould /h2>

Various plastic injection parts, inter alia, for the window industry are manufactured on 6 injection molding machines. Is produced with modern machinery that has a clamping force of 50 tons and are on the current state of technology.



The plastic parts range from 1 g to 200 g piece weight.We process plastics such as PP, PS, ABS, PA6, PBT, POM and Megol. The packaging and logistics is done according to the customer.



h2> Mould /h2>

The molds for zinc and plastic parts are designed and manufactured in-house tool. The design department works with the CAD system (AutoCAD 2004 and Inventor 8) and the CAM system (MasterCam 9). It can take place a data exchange formats such as on DWG, DXF, IGES, Step and satellite.



All initial samples are measured by us and upon customer a first sample test report is created. The forms must be kept for safety in a special fireproof storage room.



The machinery consists of five CNC milling machines (max. 500 x 400 mm), four manual and four controlled die sinking machines and various machine tools.



By the trained in-house young we always expand (annual) our team in tool making.

We ensure local product support at technical and commercial levels for a group of part suppliers in Asia, Europe and the USA.We provide the following components to companies in Europe:

- Castings in grey iron, nodular iron, steel, rough & finish-machined
- Diecastings in aluminium and zinc alloys
- Permanent mould (gravity) castings
- Forgings
- Stampings


We can take care of all of the details involved in getting the components made for you and shipped to a location of your choice.

Our company has been engaged in the production of quality castings and grinding segments for many years and has been working as a big team of experts that is prepared to do its best and meet your requests as soon as possible.

Our company has focused on medium -series production, small-series production and production of individual pieces.

Net weight of castings ranges from 1 up to 150 kg.
Max. length of piece is approx. 800 mm.

- low-alloyed, medium and high-alloyed steels (stainless steel, abresive wear-resistant, fire-resistant, heat-proof steels in accordance with DIN, GOST, ASTM, CSN standards)

We manufacture grinding and pulping segments and special discs for the papermaking and wood proceeding machines, which are standard made of the abrasive wear resistant materials. These materials are used by production of spare parts for sand-blasting machines and wheelabrators as well. We offer finioshed products made of stainless steel for food-stuff industry as well.
