Arnsberger Metallwerke is a parts manufacturer in demand in Germany and other European countries with excellent industry knowledge. Our customers are from the fittings, heatings and sanitary industry as well mechanical engineering.

With conventional and CNC-controlled single and multi-spindle technology, we machine economically simple and sophisticated turned parts made of brass, gunmetal, steel, aluminum and plastics according to drawings.
We produce small and large series and refine them if necessary.

In our fully automatic foundry, we manufacture precise castings for pipe fittings made of gunmetal using the environmentally friendly sand casting process. We mechanically process the housings and fittings for you.

Where we come form
AS-MOTA was founded by creative-thinking university and PhD students, back in 2009. Even in the time of their first projects, they set ambitious goals to achieve.

As a result, they managed to implement tools such as the copper rotor and the i-knife as a basic device of their everyday work. Thanks to the company's innovative attitude, over the last ten years AS-MOTA has been constantly increasing the number of own technical platforms, in order to be able to perform creative machining solutions.

Altay Steels Limited specializes as a wear and heat-resistant OEM spare part manufacturer. Our current production includes crushing rings, pressure rings, wearing plates for the cement industry, and grate bars for the energy sector. We take pride in being an OEM spare parts supplier to industry giants such as Claudius Peters Projects, Babcock Wilcox Volund A/S, Stadler Stahlguss A/S.

From the former Die-casting a modern die-casting operation has in its second generation, headed by Mr. HP Lüdi developed with its own mold design and machining department with 40 employees.

Under the brand names we produce on the latest die casting machine with 50t to 420t clamping force, casting parts / semi-finished products of aluminum and zinc alloys from 10g to 2.5 kg in the highest quality, any shape and number of pieces.
