The company's products are intended for various sectors of industry and commerce - mechanical engineering, design, manufacture and assembly of joinery, furniture manufacturing, HVAC, drywall and many others.

Uniteq has been in the market continuously since 2009. It gives our customers the assurance that their orders will be carried out conscientiously and with the required precision. Lützel CNC Technik GmbH in Waldstetten, centrally located between Augsburg, Günzburg, Memmingen and Ulm, has been one of the leading suppliers of turned and milled parts and CNC technology for over 23 years. Our company was founded in 1999 by Christian Lützel and currently has 25 employees and two trainees. As a supplier, we have been manufacturing series and precision parts for various areas for years. Our company has PDF document stamping certification for safety-related parts (e.g. vehicle construction). Due to our high standards of quality, adherence to delivery dates and prices in line with the market, we can demonstrate continuous corporate development. In addition, we have the necessary technical know-how to be able to provide high-quality turned parts for customers with special requirements. By using the latest technology, we meet the high demands of our customers. We also carry out the further processing of the parts up to the complete assembly. Special devices or assembly stations are made according to customer requirements. We have been PDF document DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 certified since August 2013.

We have been working on machining since 25 years, we have an outstanding team of engineers, a modern machine park and professional CAD/CAM software that allows us to comprehensively execute almost every order related to CNC machining. Our specialty is the production of details on CNC automatic lathes with diameters from 3 to 68 mm with the use of bar feeder up to 300 mm in semi-automatic operation. We mill in materials such as: steel, non-ferrous metals, plastics, wood. All orders are executed based on the most modern numerically controlled machines, which enable us to process surfaces from 2D to 5D. We also offer a wide range of services: engraving, drilling, threading, sanding, polishing, painting, electroplating coatings. We specialize in large-scale production of more than 5000 pieces. We also realize medium orders from 500 to 5000 pieces. In special cases, we make prototype series and individual orders.

Mekaltek is a company specialized in metal processing. We act as a contract manufacturer for leading press plants in our region, including well-known companies such as Erdoğanlar Alüminyum, Zinca Metal, Bor Alüminyum, Ersaş Alüminyum, Gülsan Alüminyum, Sistem Alüminyum, Burak Alüminyum and Arfen Alüminyum. Founded in 2021 with a CNC machine, we are now the largest and most capable mechanical processing company in our region with 15 CNC machines, 5 punch machines and 7 saws. That is why around 20 extrusion companies in our region trust us and have their mechanically processed profiles manufactured by us. In addition to aluminum processing, we aim to create a separate area in the same factory for mechanical processing of steel materials, laser cutting machines, tube laser machines and robot-assisted welding work. Our goal is not only to offer our customers excellent service, but also to offer them all services from a single source. Mekaltek aims to become a fully integrated processing center. As a result of our many years of experience in the industry, we have many close friends who work as plant managers, surface treatment managers and planning managers in the extrusion plants in our region. That is why we always have up-to-date information about which plant has spare capacity, which manufacturer has the best surface treatments and what capabilities the factories have.

It was founded in 1996 and currently employs 22 people. The company is located close to the border with Austria. The export share is approx. 98%; customers from Germany, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Austria, Italy and Belgium are supplied.

The company was founded in October 2022. The main types of activity are the production of parts for various industries, as well as the provision of metalworking services. Our production is equipped with modern 5-axis CNC milling machining centers from DMG. We offer a wide range of services, including the design and modeling of parts according to the drawings and sketches of our customers, the provision of consulting services, and the manufacture of parts of varying degrees of complexity. We provide 3-, 4-, and 5-coordinate milling services on CNC machines with an accuracy of up to 0.01 mm.

Our company history begins in June 2016 with the founding of our company. From the outset, our focus was on the production of high-quality turning and milling products. After just two years, we moved to larger premises to meet increasing requirements. Over time, we have continuously expanded our machinery in order to be able to offer our customers an even wider range of products and services. By 2022, our machinery inventory grew by a further 8 machines, to a total of 10 machines. Our latest project is to expand our manufacturing capabilities with 17 multi-spindle automatic lathes. These cover a diameter range of 6 mm to 67 mm. Here, we focus on the mass production of drum parts and hydraulic components.

Our extensive expertise is based on a long company history, loyal customer service over the years and, above all, on the extensive experience and qualification of our employees. We have been manufacturing CNC components since 1977, back then under the name Stenzel GmbH.
