Irmamolde, is a Portuguese privately owned company that builds injection molding tools.

We have 32 years of experience in the manufacture (development-design-manufacture) of tools, and one
close cooperation with customers in various industries such as automotive, packaging, household appliances,
Agriculture, etc.
Our core competence lies in tools up to 30T - we are the right partner in the 2K tool;
Slide tools, jaw tools, rotary index plate tools and stack tools.

Small and big serial production are currently the main focus of work, however Ironicon’s employees also possess several decades of work experience in custom production. Furthermore, the production of tools is also part of our profile.

The vast majority of our products are made of aluminum, different types of plastic as well as rustproof and tool steel.

Our plans for the future:
Aiming for an increase in capacity, developing and enlarging the machine park is an important medium-term goal for Ironicon. As every firm relies on its employees, building up a good, functioning team is among the main long-term objectives.

As part of the continuous expansion as well as in order to create a more livable work environment, steps are currently being taken to move in into a bigger, newer and more modern production hall.

Ironicon Kft. was founded in 2015. Based on the founder’s national and international experience, the aim was to establish a modern, dynamically growing operation, with European standard and approaches.

Only half a year later, a second CNC milling-machine was put into operation as a reaction to the drastic increase in orders. Thanks to repeated orders by regular customers as well the increasing of the customer base, Ironicon experienced constant growth from this point onwards, and was able to extend and modernize its machine park. When acquiring new machines, extraordinary attention is given to high quality in the measurement instruments and devices, for quality within adequate time can only be attained with quality infrastructure.

By the third quarter of 2018, the work was already been done by four 3-axis machining centers as well as one 6-axis CNC longitude turner. All our machines can be controlled by Cam System, allowing a faster and more effective working process and eliminating the vast majority of production faults already before production.

In December 2018 our firm came to another turning point when we bought two additional machining centers, which brought the total number of 3-axis machines to five. We also acquired our first 5-axis milling machine, which is also capable of manufacturing tolls as well as milling graphite.

Punctuality and reliability are key to our success. Getting to know the customers’ needs and delivering the work with high precision and on-time are absolute priorities for our young, dynamic firm.

Legal predecessor of IRON-TECH Ltd. was established in 1999.

The company has been the supplier of international multinational companies.

During twenty years of its history IRON-TECH Ltd. has gained a decisive position in the field of metal processing and part manufacture. Continuous development meeting the expanding market demands has been an important part of its business policy. The company insists on manufacturing at top-level quality accompanied with environmentally conscious approach and environmentally friendly technology. The company employs 300 people at 3 sites.

ISH offers all types of standard seals also specifically on the application prepared special seals and plastic parts in almost all engineering plastics and elastomers.
Where: quality over quantity. We offer the production from a single piece, but do not shy away even before large quantities.
Response time is very important to us, so we respond to all inquiries within a short time, at the latest within 24 hours. Our delivery time can still specify in days, often in hours.
To round off our product range, we also offer connection technology of the highest quality. All kinds of bolts and nuts with requirements or according to drawing, with acceptance certificate and testing.

In accordance with customer demands and wishes, ISOVOLTA – in addition to manufacturing high-quality laminates in the form of sheets, tubes and rods – also offers processing of thermoset materials. Different materials are shaped by processes such as cutting, grinding, drilling, turning, milling, gluing, mounting, punching, jet cutting or painting according to individual customer specifications.
Based on our expertise in material-specific selection and production-technical implementation as well as our years of experience in job shop, serial, and mass production, we are able to develop the best possible process for each product.

Competence in Soldering Equipment

Soldering Frames are primarily used to transport PCBs in soldering machines while simultaneously fixating “through-hole components” by using Top Hat Systems. With our specially developed ESD material, which is able to endure high temperatures and chemical resistance, the ISOVOLTA Soldering Frames are able to withstand thousands of soldering cycles.
ISOVOLTA Soldering Frames and masks are custom-made innovative products.
The design of the mask is defined by the PCB, the machine and the customer`s requirements.

I&T Metall was founded in 1994. As a subcontractor, our main goal is to meet the customer's requirements in terms of quality and deadline.

We manufacture labor-intensive and high-precision parts on modern processing centers. Since 1999, we have experience in 4-axis milling, 4 machining centers are equipped with a rotary table.

We have extensive experience in processing various materials: plastics, composites, aluminum, non-ferrous alloys, stainless steel, cast iron, special steels, etc. In cooperation with partners, we offer customers most of the cutting, thermal and surface coating processes. We manufacture products from a single prototype to large series. The main part of our production is used by machine industry, automation equipment, medical engineering and apparatus construction companies.
