METALPRESS: 50 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN SHEET METAL WORKING AND FORMING

Metalpress is a subcontracting company, based in Verona – Italy, specialising in cold forming and deep drawing and in particular in the production of D-type and E-type dished ends.
We mainly process stainless and carbon steel through the use of mechanical and hydraulic presses.
Since 2007 we have been certified according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 guarantee full monitoring and traceability of the production process: from raw material ordering all the way to after-sales service.
In 2020 we also obtained AD 2000 W0 and PED 2014/68/EU certification for the processing of carbon steel for the production of dished heads.
We are active in many sectors: our bottom are used in the bathroom hot water industry, food&beverage, chemical-pharmaceutical and cryogenic sectors. In the industry for the production of tanks, pressure vessels and LNG tanks, and in the production of braziers, pumps and household appliances.
We provide a washing and degreasing service on request. We carry out various types of edging, drilling (both central and lateral) and we also make flanged bottoms, fixing the flange by mechanical seaming, without welding.
Our technicians are able to analyse the feasibility of each single formed part, offering specialised advice for each type of product. Our Quality Department is able to carry out any type of tests or measurements, with particular focus on tolerances and final thicknesses.
On request, the CP-CPK values are checked to obtain free-pass supply approval.
The automation of processes and the integration of systems in an Industry 4.0 perspective have allowed us to improve production performance by guaranteeing a more efficient and customised service.

The Meyer rotation GmbH in Marienberg / Saxony is a medium-sized family with about 110 employees.

By turning, milling, HARDENING, grinding, assembly and use of the latest technology and innovative know-how, we produce complex precision turned parts from all machinable materials.

We focus on customer orientation and in this way secure the success and long-term positive development of the company. The combination of faster, more economical CNC technology with the advantages of cam-controlled automatic lathes ensures the production in medium and large batch sizes.

We can process all machinable metals, such as aluminum, steel, brass and bronze rods with diameters ranging from 5 to 90 mm.

The MHG Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 2004 from the already since 1981 based in Saarbrücken company GGS by the managing director Michael Geörg. The engineering company currently has approximately 30 employees.

Goods in the early years still forging and machine parts, the main products, today's capabilities include the manufacturing of gears, turning and milling parts, and especially the complete transmission manufacturing, from design through new production to maintenance and repair.

As Saarland MHG company mainly supplies customers from the Saarland and Rhineland-Palatinate. But even in other federal territory, and in its European neighbors, there are numerous customers.

We are located in Milzano (Brescia) and have been dealing for more than 25 years in the automotive, nautical, lighting and furniture sectors with:
