Our company is one of the few that combines both steel roll forms and aluminum extrusion presses.

We are a system supplier to the automotive and metal industry and have 25 years of experience in the production of series, in prototype and tool construction. We manufacture structural components, assemblies and prototypes for motorsport, for special vehicles and vehicles from the premium segment and for the metal industry.

We process high-strength and ultra-high-strength steels, aluminum and plastics in order to meet the increasing requirements in automotive engineering.

State-of-the-art processes such as 3D laser cutting, 3D printing, and processes from metal forming and CNC machining are used in our production.

Feasibility studies, method planning and production - everything from a single source. Under this heading, we manufacture single, progressive and transfer tools for fine and thick sheet metal structural components for the automotive and metal industry.

As a long-standing supplier of well-known German OEMs, we are mainly engaged in the production of individual body parts and assemblies through to ready-to-paint hang-on parts.
In doing so, we can represent almost all steps of product development in-house:
- Method planning and forming simulation
- Tool and equipment design and production in-house
- Manufacture of individual sheet metal parts and sub-assemblies made of aluminum or steel
- manual or robot-assisted production of complex assemblies (e.g. side doors, front flaps, tailgates, spoilers, tank and load hatches, etc.)

Our flexible and experienced employees as well as universal manufacturing systems enable us to economically represent both prototypes and small and medium-sized series of large parts (car sidewall, floor groups). Even in the high-volume sector, we support our customers with smaller components (e.g. tank and loading hatches).

Of course, we also have sufficient experience and the technical capabilities to implement manual joining technologies, such as resistance point, MAG, MIG, TIG welding, nut and bolt welding, punch riveting, clinching, roll folding, gluing, etc.

With our manual transfer large and servo-hydraulic transfer presses including decoiling system and circuit board cleaning, 3D lasers, universal robotic systems, a CNC-controlled shell furnace and also the finishing of outer skin components, we believe that the ideal conditions are available to also take over your component supply.

We are also happy to answer your inquiries about production relocations or spare parts production after series production has ended, with downstream KTL coating from long-standing partner companies if required.
Components for metal chair furniture (metal seat shells/frames) round off our portfolio even outside automotive production.

PROZAX Co.Ltd. was established during the Barum Continental Otrokovice side business privatization.

Our main activity is machinery production, namely one-purpose machines and aplliances. The one-purpose operation producing appliances mentined above has ben running since 1965. After the privatization the production character was kept and it was then extended producing switchboards, electrical services and the one-purpuse appliances employed in other branches (e.g. plastic bags manufacture, steel structure manufacture etc.). Production of machine spare parts not made by PROZAX is another section of our production line.

Our company assures the appliance manufacture, instalation and offers other services necessary. The main customers are Barum Continental Otrokovice and Continental Hannover. The highest quality of our goods is required and our company covers their requests. While manufacturing we focus on minimum breakdowness of our machines because of non-stop production business of our customers. That is the reason we use top quality material and parts of well-known companies such as (SKF, SIEMENS, BOSCH REXROTH, FESTO, INA, SEW and many others).

PTG GmbH was founded on November 10th, 2006 by the company Gröber Metallverarbeitung. The core competence in surface finishing through superfinishing was supplemented by the strategic procurement management of drawing parts and assemblies as well as the trade in sliding elements.

The company Purkert metal & form GmbH was established in 1955 in Enns - founded in Upper Austria and has developed into an innovative, medium-sized companies.



In 2002, the company has a new location in Asten - related Upper Austria. For global customers in the automotive and electronics industries use our potential for innovation, reliability, quality and cost consciousness.
