The Jura workshops are a workshop for people with disabilities.

We are a service provider covering the following areas in the productive sector:

A: milling of metal and plastic parts up to 600 mm length
B: Turning of metal and plastic parts up to ø 60mm from the rod and ø 120 x 150mm
C: packaging work to 10 kg per part
D: Simple electrical installations such as switches, lamps, circuit boards up to 30 parts

We see ourselves as a mass producer of 100 pieces to 100,000 pieces lot size, however, this is individually adapted.

We assume



Turned parts up to 650 mm,
Milled parts up to 600 mm,
Drilling parts up to 600 mm,
Saw portions to 320 mm and Entgratteile.


We supply in small, medium and large series and take over the complete processing.



We produce and process



Flange, gears, planet carrier, bearing housing, rolled rings, forgings, castings, gear parts and waves (countershaft, drive shafts)
for the automotive and truck industry and for wind turbines.


We finished workpieces in all materials in three-shift operation. Over 1,000,000 parts are produced while processing 6,000 tons of material annually. According to customer request we store your finished parts and deliver just-in-time.

ROOM AUSTRIA Kufstein | Digital Printing Systems is the competence center digital printing machines for textile and carpet industry, as well as system supplier for carpet coating systems.

Essential to the success are our employees. In a separate department apprentice, the rooms Academy, mechatronics are formed predominantly.

ROOM Kufstein developed in its core competence digital printing new application areas for carpet and textile. YOUR PARTNER FOR PRECISION DEEP DRAW PARTS

We are specialized in the production of high quality deep draw parts made out of a variety of materials in small and medium lots. Due to our competent team, modern facilities and production know-how we can realize challenging tasks maintaining very short response times. High precision and certified quality go without saying in our production process. This is how we develop creative solutions and longtime partnerships.

OUR CORE COMPETENCE

In the deep drawing process metal sheets are being transformed into hollow bodies of different base geometries through draw and pressure forces without shaving. Decisive for optimal process results are not only particular machines and tools, but also great experience and creativity. As an example, we manufacture parts with an extremely small outside radius of 0,5 mm.

Processing stainless steel sheets into deep draw parts with a material thickness of 0.05 mm up to 3 mm is our core competence. The maximum depth of draw that can be achieved is 180 mm. Obviously, we also process all non-ferrous metals as well as special alloys.

Fields of application and product examples:
The components that we produce are for instance used as bodies for pressure and temperature sensors in systems engineering, as battery-cell-bodies for technical applications, screen-housings for electromagnetic radiation, for military and aerospace technology, in household utensils, load cells or in runways of cargo airplanes.
