The idea of founding a research and development institute dates back to 1967. In that time some workers at PPS Detva started to consider the establishment of an independent research and development centre. After that a new workstation employing the design engineers and including the protype workshop was found in PPS Detva later on (March 1, 1969) establishing Development Institute in Zvolen. The main aim of the institute is to research and develop construction and earthmoving machines and their aggregates.

The first machines developed and manufactured at the Research and Development Institute were bucket loaders UNC 151 and UN 050 which had been successfully produced for several years. Owing to its advanced conception in 1972 slewing bucket loader UN 050 represented within its category a new generation of machines with hydrostatic drive of working aggregates as well as of transmission and output regulation.


Company is specialized in manufacture of mid size welded structures up to length 3500mm, max. weight 8 000kg including machining on horizontal boring machine.

As a specialist for high-quality coating in powder and blasting techniques we meet high standards in terms of quality and reliability, and attach great importance to modern manufacturing techniques.

In our modern facility with a total area of 5600 m² and an office area of 500 m², take our staff friendly and helpful at the reception.

The manufacturing plant in Wetzlar in Lahn-Dill-Kreis (Central Hesse) has a production hall with 2,000 m² of floor space and is equipped with the most modern powder coating and sandblasting equipment.

Spacious storage and yard areas allow a flow-oriented positioning and interim storage of your products and a fast and barrier-free handling.

- height gauge MICRO-HITE 900 with an air cushion for easier displacement (made by TESA)
- conturograph (made by MAHR PERTHEN)

There is also possibility to carry out heat treatment of machined parts as firm CASTELLI- NITREX Obróbka Cieplna Sp. z o. o. is situated on the premises of our plant. This firm renders services in the range of gas carburizing, cyaniding, vacuum quenching, quenching and tempering, normalizing, annealing, , boronizing, soldering, hydrocleaning
