Our entire technical innovative drive and resolute quality orientation are channelled into the production of challenging prototypes, complete assemblies, small-scale series and individual components.

Production processes

High-tech is the standard at ZELTWANGER Maschinenbau GmbH. This is reflected in our highly qualified team of specialists, in our logistical division of labour, and in our use of the very latest production processes and technologies.
Our machining centres and lines are programmed and controlled over a central network. Innovative 3D programming systems permit even the most complex workpiece contours to be machined.

In the metal cutting field, our CNC milling centres use 5-sided machining techniques. All our lathes are fitted with power tools and with a C and Y axis. Our products are characterized by optimum grinding results with millimetre range precision for the ultimate in productivity.

With our high-precision spark erosion cutting machines we also have the capability to manufacture custom-produced parts and small-scale series in-house.

Materials - broad selection, quick availability

Alongside our extensive ultra-modern machine outfit, we also benefit from a wide range of stocked materials in our automatic high-bay warehouse. These include all steel, titanium, stainless steel and high-strength alloys as well as all popularly requested aluminium alloys.

We also offer a raw material procurement and storage service to customer order.

Our company was founded in October 23, 2003. Main activity of the company was started with production of the exhaust, but this professional experience expands earlier. The production of the exhaust was started in 1998. in a single company. These goods were produced and sold on their own license. Due to increasing demand, the individual company was terminated, and the production was continued down the limited partnership. We develop our high quality, excellent, fashionable and beautiful engineered products according to the market needs. In the last 10 years, the production has been very strong both in quality and in quantity.The quantity of our production rose in high value against the first year, thanking for good prices and excellent products. We are at your disposal with special production, individual production and we keep the customer's request very important. The name "ZEUS" means modern, high quality and good service. The use of the ZEUS exhaust guarantees the highest level of performance and the highest quality. This high quality production also require technical facility. Thanks to the technology in exhaust production, our company has been the best and largest partner of Kanizsa Trend GmbH and we are the good partners of Quattro Mobili also because of precise processing and punctual delivery. Our Filozofie:
At the moment we have 38 employees, out of which 32 colleagues work in the production.
In the fall of 2009 we had a great opportunity. In addition to furniture parts, we have won a project for chairs from Kanizsa Trend GmbH. Currently we produce 14 different chairs and 10 different backs, in different surface (Chrome glossy, matt, black chrome)
