COMPANY PROFILE

Fisep (www.fisep.com) was founded in 1967 and is a reference point in the production of technical aluminum high-pressure casting (HPDC) and hot-forged brass components, in Italy and abroad, which are mainly used in the automotive industry, industrial pumps, electric motors, earthmoving equipment, gas and hydraulic valves.

In 2018, the company was purchased by New Olef (www.newolef.com), a historic foundry in Brescia, which specializes in the production of technical aluminum alloy components through low pressure casting (LPDC) and gravity casting. The acquisition by New Olef, part of Capigroup, enabled Fisep to add continuity to its growth and implement an important investment plan in terms of human resources and new technologies to meet the challenges of a constantly evolving market.

Fisep provides comprehensive customer support, starting with feasibility studies, MAGMA simulations, co-design, planning and project management activities.

In addition, Fisep can offer its customers turnkey solutions, which, in addition to hot forging, also include the production of molds with highly qualified partners, precision machining and assembly activities.

The HPDC plant has 16 automated work islands with clamping forces ranging from 170 t to 1450 t, which can produce castings up to 25 kg. Equipped with lubricants, operated by anthropomorphic robots to handle and separate the castings. The foundry consists of 4 melting furnaces, which make it possible to process various aluminum alloys at the same time. The finishing department has 3 different types of sandblasting machines.

The brass hot forging plant has 6 working islands with clamping forces of 150 t to 320 t, which can form components up to 2 kg. Equipped with graphitization machines and autonomously controlled billet heating furnaces. The CNC machining department consists of 4 CNC transfers and a 4-axis machining center with a rotary table.

Fisep is certified according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949.

The company Flex-Pro d.o.o. was founded in 2008.
The main activity of our company is the development, design, manufacture, installation, testing and commissioning of production plants (including complete production lines) in all industrial sectors (metal industry, wood industry, mining, plastics industry).
We are also able to manufacture various types of metal and plastic products to customer specifications, including mass production.

The main part of the company's business activity is exports to the European Union, in particular to Germany, and the USA. The majority of our exports are industrial plants, which are manufactured, assembled and tested according to customer requirements. It uses high-quality components from well-known manufacturers and proven quality materials manufactured in the European Union. Thanks to our equipment and highly qualified workers, we achieve very high-quality processing and heat treatment of the parts we produce.

The company Flüss tooling was founded on 01/05/1908 by Heinrich Flüss.
At this time we dealt with the production of electrical switches, star delta switches and cable lugs, which were made from sheets about tools.
Among other things, the company founder Heinrich Flüss developed roller skates and the company HUDORA that were made then about tools of the company Flüss.
Another task was the production of deformed covers for irons, as well as the manufacture of mechanical parts for wringers. For the sign industry we made high-quality metal signs (Horch, NSU, VW) to the deep embossing process.
In 1958, his son Paul Flüss the company he leads today in the third generation with his son Christian Flüss. Flüss tooling manufactures cutting and punching tools for the production of plastic panels for the automotive, appliance and electrical industries.

With more than 30 employees, we manufacture your desired components or systems at our site Wendeburg. Here we are about 3,500 square feet of manufacturing space at its disposal which are split into welding, pickling and mechanical processing in each hall.
