The company SITES (Stamping & Injecting tools Engineering & Services) was founded in 2009. The seat is in the Free Zone in Tangier (TFZ), Morocco.
Main activity: from design to tooling tryout.

SIVA was established in 1983 and is specialized in sheet metal stamping and in the construction of tools and dies. We process a wide variety of materials including stainless steel (Aisi 430, 304, 301), carbon steels, aluminium alloys, copper alloys, bronze, brass. Materials can be plated before or after stamping (plating with tin, nickel, zinc, etc.).
Our production stamping methods include progressive and single hit dies.
Our press capabilities range from 30 to 250 tons.
We have the capability to stamp materials from 0,1 to 5 mm. The size of parts range from 2 to 300 mm.
SIVA attains customer satisfaction and customer value by putting a primary emphasis on designing manufacturing processes that will maximize quality and productivity performance.
Our business management system is certified according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2008.

We are a general tool company, etablished as a joint venture in 1990 by Czechoslovakian firms Intersigma Praha, Sigma Lutin and Austrian companies Pankl-Hofman Joint-stock company and WEBA Ltd. The Austrian Company WEBA Holding Ltd. is now the only one owner. The Tool Company produces tools of all kinds designet for processing metal materials.
With our modern machinery (CNC controlled machine tools, CAD-CAM design) we are capable to produce tools and moulds up to 4000 x 2000 x 1100 mm with overall weight up to 20 tons and tool sets up to 60 tons. The experienced team of highly qualified workers and designers together with Austrian WEBA's know-how enable us to produce competitive highest quality products. All this makes us one of the most modern tool company in the Czech Republic, with unneglectable flexibility and possibility of quick response to our customers requirements.

On a fully air-conditioned production and assembly area of 10,000 square meters in Roding and with a further 5,000 square meters in Waldmünchen, we have 120 ultra-modern CNC production and measuring machines at our disposal, offering a unique horizontal and vertical range of manufacture. This results in approx. 300,000 production hours per year.

We master the most difficult geometries and complex challenges for all materials that can be machined. From filigree components to the machining of entire vehicle parts.

PRECISION THAT IMPRESSES – FOR THE BEST COMPONENTS IN THE WORLD
Our manufactured precision parts are subject to certified quality assurance for a dimensional accuracy of up to 0.3 µm. For this purpose, we work with the most accurate 3D coordinate measuring machine in Europe, a ZEISS XENOS, as well as other state-of-the-art high-tech measuring equipment.

The company sk-werkzeugbau GmbH employs more than 30 staff and is injection molds for thermoplastics ago.

We engage our employees back on over 40 years of experience in tool & die making.

Our injection molds are created using the latest CNC controlled machines. By an internal network CAM data is transferred and processed in the manufacturing plants.
