We manufacture plastic parts, from the small gear (1 g) up to the order of a panel for computer case (1000 g).
Our injection molding machines have a locking force 25-420 t. They are equipped with central drying and material supply, handling systems and ink metering devices.

- SMK V-Factory - plastic injection molds
We specialize in design and manufacture of plastic injection molds up to a size of 1100 mm x 800 mm x 700 mm and a weight of up to about 3 tons.
With the long experience of our designers and programmers, supported by modern construction systems such as Unigraphics in the 3D area and Euclid in 3D programming, we implement even the most complex requirements.Our powerful CNC technology, including in the process wire and sinker EDM, milling, HSC milling, grinding as well as the experience of mold makers since 1991 ensure rapid and complete production runs.
The mass production and prototype molds are patterned in our injection molding machines and, if necessary, we assume the pre-series and series production of plastic parts.
