Since the company was founded, we have been working on the development of the ICTT non-circular turning technology, which today represents our unique selling point in the market. Our vision is to make a contribution to the conservation of resources by using optimal polygon connections.

The ICTT process for polygon production is unique in the world

The ICTT non-circular machining process for shafts and hubs was developed by Iprotec GmbH over many years and made ready for series production. This enables the highly economical production of almost any polygonal contours. Particular emphasis was placed on the fact that the process can be easily integrated into different machine concepts and that the process is transparent and easy to use for the user. Appropriate software tools support developers, work planners, machine operators and measurement technicians in using this unique machining technology.

We have the claim to process your parts in the highest quality. That is why each task is implemented individually, quickly, flexibly and reliably.
Through state-of-the-art machining centers as well as highly trained and motivated employees, we offer complete machining for individual parts up to medium serial volumes (small series).
For complex geometries, demanding multi-side machining (5-axis machining) and tight tolerances, we feel comfortable.
Our production is fully air-conditioned.
We stand for customer orientation, speed, reliability and flexibility.
With our CAD system all common data formats can be processed.
Our production process is constantly monitored and documented by an integrated, finely air-conditioned measuring room.

Priorities of the IPZ-Kimmich GmbH

We manufacture according to customer order turned parts, milled parts and rotary-milled parts as a prototype or in series, to complete assemblies. The focus is on the CNC machining of demanding workpieces.

Irmamolde, is a Portuguese privately owned company that builds injection molding tools.

We have 32 years of experience in the manufacture (development-design-manufacture) of tools, and one
close cooperation with customers in various industries such as automotive, packaging, household appliances,
Agriculture, etc.
Our core competence lies in tools up to 30T - we are the right partner in the 2K tool;
Slide tools, jaw tools, rotary index plate tools and stack tools.

Small and big serial production are currently the main focus of work, however Ironicon’s employees also possess several decades of work experience in custom production. Furthermore, the production of tools is also part of our profile.

The vast majority of our products are made of aluminum, different types of plastic as well as rustproof and tool steel.

Our plans for the future:
Aiming for an increase in capacity, developing and enlarging the machine park is an important medium-term goal for Ironicon. As every firm relies on its employees, building up a good, functioning team is among the main long-term objectives.

As part of the continuous expansion as well as in order to create a more livable work environment, steps are currently being taken to move in into a bigger, newer and more modern production hall.

Ironicon Kft. was founded in 2015. Based on the founder’s national and international experience, the aim was to establish a modern, dynamically growing operation, with European standard and approaches.

Only half a year later, a second CNC milling-machine was put into operation as a reaction to the drastic increase in orders. Thanks to repeated orders by regular customers as well the increasing of the customer base, Ironicon experienced constant growth from this point onwards, and was able to extend and modernize its machine park. When acquiring new machines, extraordinary attention is given to high quality in the measurement instruments and devices, for quality within adequate time can only be attained with quality infrastructure.

By the third quarter of 2018, the work was already been done by four 3-axis machining centers as well as one 6-axis CNC longitude turner. All our machines can be controlled by Cam System, allowing a faster and more effective working process and eliminating the vast majority of production faults already before production.

In December 2018 our firm came to another turning point when we bought two additional machining centers, which brought the total number of 3-axis machines to five. We also acquired our first 5-axis milling machine, which is also capable of manufacturing tolls as well as milling graphite.

Punctuality and reliability are key to our success. Getting to know the customers’ needs and delivering the work with high precision and on-time are absolute priorities for our young, dynamic firm.

During twenty years of its history IRON-TECH Ltd. has gained a decisive position in the field of metal processing and part manufacture.
