IWB Industrietechnik GmbH is an owner-managed company with over 65 employees in Gotha.
Our focus is on the production of conveyor belts and conveyor solutions.
Furthermore, CNC-milled and turned parts are manufactured for different branches of industry.
The modern machine park includes 17 machining centers for parts up to 3000 mm in size. We are set up for both single part and series production.

For over 40 years, the name Zielonka has been associated with metal cutting.



After being refounded in 2005, we have been producing at our new location in Wülfrath since January 2015 in ideal premises and an improved infrastructure.

On 750 m², we have modern machinery at our disposal, which we use not only to process tempered steels, structural steels and plastics, but also materials that are difficult to machine.

In our production, we have the most modern CNC machines with driven tools, which we use to process a wide range of workpieces, cast, welded and forged parts up to a diameter of 500 mm and 100 mm from the bar according to your drawings, 3D data or samples.

Our service portfolio also includes a wide range of surface treatments and finishes, such as zinc plating, chrome plating, hardening, nitriding, grinding, etc.

IZW is an independent company, formed in 2020 from the highly diversified Kurtz Ersa group of companies, which can proudly look back on a company history of over 235 years. Jaexiste is a company of turnig precision, specialized in manufacture components for all industrial sectors.
Our company has single-spindle automatic lathes of headstock Swiss-type and a multi-spindle turning, CNC lathes and transfer machines for recovery operations.
It has a storage capacity of machining a diameter of 3mm to 60mm.
Our storage capacity of production can be to a small series (≤ 1000 units) to large series.

We are a family company, which was founded in 2017. Our history goes back to a small garage, in which we have worked on a small lathe. Over time, we purchased a milling machine. We constantly move forward. Currently we are working in the newly established workshop where we manufacture engineering products directly according to the wishes of the customer. Our work is all about cooperation with the large corporations in the field of CNC production, but we can also meet the expectations of smaller companies.
