When we started in 1995, the plastic polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) had long been invented. Nevertheless, Alptec was able to establish itself as a manufacturing specialist for P T F E and P T F E/compound products within a short period of time. Because not only delivery dates and unit costs are decisive for our customers (internationally), but also an understanding of the application — and precision.

We bring the valuable properties of PTFE to bear wherever they are essential for your products and solutions: whether in the automotive industry, in mechanical engineering or in another high-tech sector. Alptec will manufacture semi-finished products for you or produce finished parts in accordance with the drawings. Thanks to efficient and reliable manufacturing systems, we meet the highest quality criteria even with tight time and cost requirements.

In a very short time since the establishment of the company, our quality of work and approach to work has been recognized by several domestic and foreign clients from Germany and Sweden.

Since 2004, we have been on the market with experienced experts from the aluminum sector. Our 15 employees ensure on-time deliveries.

As former employees of a large international corporation, we are familiar with modern management methods such as: TQM, safety standards, production systems, etc., and are an important part of our corporate strategy.

We offer the following processing options:

Sawing and punching aluminum profiles
of at least 10 mm to a maximum of 6,000 mm in length
with saw tolerances of up to +/- 0.1 mm.
CNC processing on three machining centers in accordance with the service catalog
Additional requirements upon request.

Delivery options:
Complete aluminum solutions from a single source. The customer determines the scope of delivery, including surface finishing, anodizing, sandblasting, chemical glossing, powder coating, lettering and foiling.

ALUDESIGN is a leading specialist with over 20 years of experience in aluminium die-casting and mould construction.
Discipline-related manufacturing: premium office furniture / car interior elements / medical equipment / laboratory equipment / lighting / other.

ALUDESIGN has its own foundry and toolmaking (13 casting machines from 400t to 1.650t clamping force).

ALUDESIGN as a contract producer (for OEM) offers:
• mould design and production,
• casting aluminium details:
- from 0,5 kg to 25 kg
-production series from 500 pcs./year to 120.000 pcs./year
• CNC machining,
• Surface finishing (raw, grinded, prepared for powderpainting (PFP), powderpainted, polished, chromed, xylan)

We are a young and very dynamic company.
We started our industrial activity in 2013, in the manufacture of cast aluminum parts. In the following year we started manufacturing LED industrial luminaires and acquired our first CNC machining center. Subsequently we started the activity of welded metallic constructions and industrial maintenance. In 2020 we started the powder painting activity, with electrostatic painting and blasting facilities.
