The main shareholder, the family business company PENN GmbH based in Krems an der Donau in Austria, owns 100% of the shares. PENN GmbH specializes in the cutting of forged parts. 95% of our products are intended for export, particularly to the EU. We focus on the production of hot-formed steel drop forged parts for the automotive industry. A large proportion of production is intended for the construction and agricultural machinery industries.
