"Celik" doo is a forge, which was founded in 1908 as a continuation of the centuries-long tradition forged in Kresevo. After several changes in the legal and property form the factory was privatized in 2002 and it began with the production, which had been discontinued because of the war in this area.

The production program of the factory consists of:
- All types of forgings weighing up to 8 kg. In this production program we put forth the following: hand forging tools (hammers, axes, picks
among other things, as a continuation of the long tradition and quality hand tool manufacturing
in this part of Europe);
- Forgings for the metal processing industry, automotive and
Tractor industry, railway, shipbuilding, mining, among others
- Forgings for a wide use: pieces of wrought railings, special types of ironwork products.

FORGE

• "Lasco" Hammer namely: KH - 250 (2 pieces), KH - 200 KH - 160;
• Accompanying presses: 80t, 125t, 150t and 200t;
• Presses: 1000t, 630t, 400t and 350t;
• furnaces for heating the Matarials.

CUTTING

• crusher "Erfurt"

THERMAL PROCESSING AND FINALISATION

• Electromotive furnaces for thermal processing, "Ruppman" (4 pieces)
smaller furnaces for the tool (2 pieces)
• sandblaster for cleaning and sandblasting of forged pieces;
• Quality control with attendant equipment



TOOL

The Department for the production of forging tools - "Borwerk" Karusseldreh machine, universal lathe, universal milling machine, copy router (all kinds of forging tools for their own use are manufactured in the tool shop).

WORKERS

The company has qualified and skilled workers for all work from the scope of this activity. In cooperation with the school center in Kresevo each year are trained certain professions for the needs of the company. In the period of 1980-1990 about 350 workers were employed in the factory.



PRODUCTION CAPACITY

For years, about 4000 tons of forgings produced, which is relative, because the structure depends on the weight and the size of the range.
