We are a general tool company, etablished as a joint venture in 1990 by Czechoslovakian firms Intersigma Praha, Sigma Lutin and Austrian companies Pankl-Hofman Joint-stock company and WEBA Ltd. With our modern machinery (CNC controlled machine tools, CAD-CAM design) we are capable to produce tools and moulds up to 4000 x 2000 x 1100 mm with overall weight up to 20 tons and tool sets up to 60 tons. The experienced team of highly qualified workers and designers together with Austrian WEBA's know-how enable us to produce competitive highest quality products. Production of moulds from thermoplastic materials is one of the basic services on offer. Job testing of prototypes, mass-production and technologically complicated moulds are also important.

The division of metal production was established to create own manufacturing workplace with the aim of supporting the needs of the division of plastic materials injection (production and service of injection moulds, mounting and measuring tools etc.)

Gradually, the activities of the division of metal production expanded into areas such as exact machining of steel, stainless steel, colored metals and plastics.

Cable harnesses for single-purpose and small-run applications are part of our standard production programme. The advantage for the customer is our complex solutions ranging from possible production of atypical plastic connectors, plugs and sockets, right through to completion of whole bundles.
Precise cutting technology, welding and laser inscription are also included in our range of services.
