In 2006, the addition of 2 CNC milling centers along with the introduction in the automotive market, created the capacity for higher production rates and increased precision parts. Our major market is now the automotive industry, after 20 years of experience allied with several high precision equipments, which allow us to respond to any of our client challenges.

Since its founding in 1982, Stefplast polymer processing has been dedicated. Not only the political situation has changed over the years, and the range of goods produced. So we already made parts for the furniture industry, game pieces, and many other commodities of daily life.

So today we have 13 modern injection molding machines with a clamping force of 25 to 100 tons, which can produce plastic injection molded parts in a range of 0.01 g to 250 g.

In addition to engineering thermoplastics, we also process all common standard thermoplastics as well as thermoplastic elastomers.

Our company was founded by the two managing partners Wolfram Streubel and Andreas Seifert on 10.02.1997.

Our main business is the production pipeline and plant construction in the chemical and paper industries. So we assign pipework systems from steel, stainless steel, titanium and plastics.
We are in possession of the "manufacturer's qualification Class C" according to DIN 18800 Part 7 of the materials steel and stainless steel as well as certification as a specialized company according to §19 I WHG. Our operational quality assurance is achieved by compliance with the requirements of the Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23 / EC. In the field of labor protection technology, our company SCC certified.

Another business area is mechanical engineering, in particular the conveyor system. These include, for example, screw conveyors, elevators, bunkers, silos and various special sheet metal parts. We guarantee a professional manufacturing, assembly and disassembly of the equipment. Check with local gas and water utilities we are listed as a contract installation company.

Welded joints of steel, stainless steel and titanium, we produce by the TIG welding process, E, MAG manual and mechanized TIG -Orbitalverfahren for pipes up to 115mm diameter.
