We produce and delivery:

1. CNC turning of metal parts with a maximum diameter of 250 mm and a length of 400 mm.
- the accuracy of turning +/- 0,005mm (IT5-IT6)
- obtained surface quality to Ra0,63 / Rz4
- machined materials: Stainless steel, black steel, aluminum alloys, copper alloys, plastics;

2. CNC 4-axis milling of metal parts with maximum dimensions 750x500x500 mm.
-precision of milling +/- 0.01 mm (IT6)?
-the resulting surface quality to Ra0,8 / Rz6,3
- machined materials: Stainless steel, black steel, aluminium alloys, copper alloys, plastics

3. We cooperate with carefully selected service providers for the following areas:
- laser cutting of sheet metal - thickness up to 20mm
- plasma cutting sheet metal - thickness up to 100 mm
- sheet metal bending on press brakes
- MIG, MAG and TIG welding
- other processes related to the machining of sheet metal and welded machine parts (shot blasting, powder coating)

We provide production of parts strictly according to customer requirements, by working on our own quality assurance system based on the requirements of our customers from Switzerland and Germany, consisting in:
- preparation of production including a detailed analysis of the customer's requirements
- careful control of acceptance materials and semi-products
- systematic inspections during production and immediately corrective actions
- specific selection process for material suppliers and subcontractors of additional services
- careful protection of goods during delivery to the customer

Tecmef is a company in Morra de Sanctis (AV) that works with numerically controlled machines in the field of precision engineering. The most important processing operations are: turning, milling, wire and sinking EDM, mainly for the construction and design of molds and dies for forming.

Thanks to the CAD and CAM design service, we are able to produce any type of mechanical component and provide professional advice. The company also specializes in customer service (operational support for the customer's technicians) and offers maintenance services on pressing, firing and injection molds directly under the press.

TECNOSTAMP SRL is an italian company of plastic injection moulding, located in Feletto in the province of Turin. We are known for our professionalism, quality and flexibility, and for our great ability to produce complex items. The TECNOSTAMP SRL was founded in 1963 as a mechanical company for the manufacturing of molds, but over the years the company has specialized in the plastic injection molding and recently in the construction of prototypes. Our team is composed of professionals with many years of experience and specialized young people who have brought to the company innovative ideas to face the challenges of a changing market.

Our Company operates in 3000m2 and currently has 12 injection molding machines from 50 to 320 tons, assisted by manipulators, robots and specific assemblies for the production of precision technical items, industrial articles and design articles for many sectors. The monitoring of the molding process is continuous, in order to guarantee the delivery of the product to the customer with the highest quality level. To this end, in 2018 TECNOSTAMP srl confirmed the quality certification UNI-EN ISO 9001: 2015.

Our primary scope is serial production of metal parts on cmc milling centers ,development and production of machine tools. Our beginnings date back to 2002 when we started to manufacture components for the tool and engineering industry. According to the needs of the market we soon expanded to include the manufacture of complete tools. In early 2009, we have decided to extend the activity to the development and assembly of the hardware, electrical and other industries in order to able to offer our customers the entire process from the idea to series production of components.

What We Offer:

We are able to make tools up to the dimensions of 1500×800 mm and weight up to 2000 kg.

Processing of metals:
On the CNC machines we can process separate metal parts and series.
Semi-finished products:
We are able to produce various semi-products from steel, aluminium alloy or plastic.

The family-owned company TG Kunststoffverarbeitung GmbH is one of the internationally active groups of companies and combines the competences of injection molding and metal processing at two locations in Germany.
The company currently employs around 220 people and is managed by Monika Thorwarth and Christian Grebe.
In addition to the production of injection molded articles for well-known companies in the household and automotive technology, the company has been producing its own extensive range of wheels and castors as well as sanitary drain sets for kitchen and bathroom since 1955.
