In 2006, Oskar Rüegg Bulgaria Ltd. was founded in Stara Zagora as an extended workbench of Oskar Rüegg AG for the manual and tool-assisted assembly of components.
In the first years, the company was managed by the owning family itself in order to ensure the sustainable further development of ORBG.
In each of the years after its foundation, the company has been able to show multi-digit sales growth and this has led over time to ORBG evolving from a pure assembly company into a more complex business entity, incorporating in its portfolio, among others, the following industrial services: Project Management, Procurement, Quality Assurance and Logistics services.
During the last years, the highly motivated management team has also been independently developing customer portfolios, mainly in the field of assembly of sub-assemblies and production of stamped parts.
In order to meet the high quality management requirements of our customers, the Bulgarian company was certified for the first time in 2009 according to ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 9001:2008 by the Swiss SQS.
On the basis of annual audits, the high standards are constantly proven.

The company currently has a production area of 4800 m2 and employs more than 230 people.

The Otto Bauckhage GmbH + Co. KG is a medium-sized company mainly active in the field of stamping and forming. Our domestic and foreign clients belongs primarily to the automotive and electronics industries, as well as the bolt and nut industry.

The company was founded in 1960 by Mr. Otto Bauckhage and still is in its way a traditional family. Up to 31.12.2002 Hans Werner Bauckhage stood before the company as Managing Director.
01/01/2003 Mr. Dietmar Schoettler and Heike Schäfer have occurred as a shareholder in the company and has been appointed as managing directors.

The medium-sized company structure with about 35 staff gives our company to produce the necessary flexibility, small quantities and large production runs efficiently and therefore ensures a fast and reliable order processing.

Our quality management system complies with the standard of the automotive industry according to ISO TS 16949:2002 and EN ISO 9001:2000 and is certified accordingly.

Family business Franc Pauman s.p. offers you services with CNC grinding machines. We construct and produce small and medium stamping, cutting and casting tools with our partners. A lot of work is done by CNC lathemachines, CNC millingmachines and CNC grinding machines.

We are specialized for the tool construction of depth tools within the range packaging machines. In addition count beside format tools also stamping machines, perforations and feeding of tablets. By the CNC Fertigungskapazität we manufacture in the meantime also milled pieces. The materials which can be worked on are aluminum, steel, V2A, as well as thermal and thermosetting polymers. The lot sizes are enough from 1 to 5000 pieces or more highly.
