Grazioli Cesare Srl is the prototype of the successful company that thanks to a careful and forward-looking Owner and in this case in Mrs. Grazioli Edmunda has made it specialize in the production of special transfer machine tools for industrial sector. It also produces mechanical organs for the agricultural world.
But the history of this company has roots that sink in the 60s, when it was founded by Cesare Grazioli as an artisan company specialized in the repair of agricultural machinery, then there were only two people working there. The first turning point took place in the 70s with the development of customized machine tools. The second structural change dates back, instead, to 1981 with the opening of a new production site reserved for the agricultural sector for the production of complete groups and not only of mechanical spare parts. A few years ago this prestigious company has opted for a more strategic and prudent type of management, investing and diversifying its objectives
In the last two years, in fact, Grazioli Group has experienced a real rise, thanks to the new forces put in place, to the new management and production systems, opening a new production site, which is spread over an area of one thousand square meters that with the help of the most modern technologies inherent to mechanical processing produces all the mechanical components necessary for the construction of its machine tools.
All the pieces produced follow a strict protocol are monitored in every phase of their construction, each phase is registered through bar code coding systems with which each recording is sent to an internal server that stores all the information derived from the production
This allows us in case of customer complaints to be able to reconstruct the entire history of the piece in question.
Furthermore, once the production cycle and pieces have been completed, they are marked with the aid of markers by entering the code, order, year of manufacture in compliance with the current regulations dictated by the UNI 9001 -2015 certification.
