We, the Raskopf company, have been working in tool and mold construction at our location since 1923. It all began with forging dies for the massive forming industry. We have been manufacturing permanent molds for aluminum casting since the 1990s.
Here, the production of molds for car wheels has become a special focus of our company. In recent years, however, the proportion of other cast aluminum molds has grown steadily.



Our sales markets are Germany and the EU,
e.g. Denmark and Austria.

RASTR-V´s roots go back to year 2006, when founder started to work in small workshop, producing metal parts. Neraly 15 years of hard work has gave rise family engineering and manufacturing company in Middle-Czech Region, Czech Republic.
We design and produce upon customers requirements parts, special tools and purposeful machines.

Here we have specialized in complex shapes for special product groups in the automotive industry. In this business area, our core competencies include molds for sophisticated loudspeaker grilles as well as complex fabric injection molds including peripherals or PMMA column covers. We strive for the lowest possible total lifetime cost (TCO) for our customers. That is why our employees take it more than 100% accurately and work hand in hand and closely together.

In the field of plant engineering, we offer our customers the development and construction of entire plants as well as the manufacture of components, individual and spare parts for such plants.

Rausch Metalltechnik GmbH was founded in 1996 by Mr. Uwe Rausch and initially focused on the production of fences, railings and stairs for the greater Lengede area.

After a first major order for the construction of 130 transport vehicles for VW Polkovice (Poland) was successfully completed, the first standing order also came from VW. It was necessary to carry out chassis repairs for VW Salzgitter.

In subsequent years, the volume of orders increased steadily. In addition to the production of components for the automotive industry, production was also carried out for private clients, including the construction of special structures in stainless steel.

An important focus of our company's services is the production of components for rail vehicle construction, as well as load handling equipment and steel structures.

RAZA d.o.o. is a family company established in 2017. Having a successful start of our business, we had to expand the production, which is now based at new production facilities on Gorenjska cesta 56, with offices on Verovškova 60a, both in Ljubljana.

We provide flexible milling and turning services combined with state of the art CNC machine park of multi axis milling and turning centers. We are a newly founded company that specializes in small to medium series in the field of turning and machining.
With our cnc lathe from DMG-Mori we can produce workpieces up to a diameter of 410 mm, and a length of 800 mm.
Automated series production is possible up to a diameter of 82 mm.
Our machine has a Y-axis, which allows us to be very flexible with our driven tools to respond to the needs and requirements of our customers.

Refal is a new company dedicated to the extrusion and machining of aluminium profiles.
We have an 8-inch aluminium extruder, with which we can make the profile the customer wants and cut between 3 metres and 7 metres.
A Mecal Ariel 5 MDT that can machine profiles up to 7 metres long.
We also have an automatic cutting machine that can cut pieces from 10mm up to 1850mm in automatic.
We also have the ability to perform stamping on aluminium parts.
We are increasing our production capacity for small parts by purchasing new equipment.
