The company Helmut Eltner tooling GmbH is a family business.

They emerged from the company Koser & Eltner which was founded in 1966 by Hans Koser and Helmut Eltner in Main Valley / Wachenbuchen.

After the death of a shareholder, the company was taken over by Helmut Eltner 1982.

It soon became apparent that the old premises did not allow for necessary investments more. Therefore, a 3500m ² plot of land was purchased in 1989 in Kahl / Main and built a 800m ² building, which was purchased in 1990.

The machinery has been since that time continuously expanded, and modernized in order to respond flexibly to customer requests.

In 1996, Dipl-Ing. Ralf Eltner ordered the second managing director, the company is run by him alone since 2001.

As a supplier of components for the engineering we have established a high quality standard.

A team of 50 qualified employees made in two shifts to 18 CNC machines custom parts in small series that are included in the following end products:

Rotate:
In order to solve the various rotational arrangements, our machines are designed for great flexibility. Precision parts, we turn to turning cells with driven tools, and 8 controlled axes of the rod diameter up to 65 mm as Chuck parts up to diameter 180 mm
Large rotating parts are machined on the Monforts CNC lathes: Diameter up to 800 mm, turning length 3000 mm, weight up to 1 ton

Drilling and milling:
From the drilling center to the 5-sided machining, we are able to offer the correct production machine.Geared machines for heavy cutting machines with a HSC spindle for light metal processing, machine with pallets to reduce the Aufspannzeiten, machines for 5-sided machining in order to comply with the required form and position tolerances. The following machining dimensions are: 3-Axis 1000 x 500 mm, 5-axes 600 x 600 x 500 mm

In addition, we offer welded assemblies and (pre-) assembly. In our assembly as complete compressed air nailers or machine feet are made for vibration damping. In these products, a large proportion of purchased parts flows, which are managed by our computerized inventory management system.

The company's founder and owner Hendrik Hilbring has been active since 1993 in the engineering field. After training as a machinist (specialized in turning technology) fell very early on the decision to undertake the training as a precision mechanic.



After visiting the Master School in Münster began in December 2000, the independence, but initially as a sideline. After less than a year, the good order and customer satisfaction required an expansion of the operation: Since 01.09.2001, the operation is performed as a full-scale operation.
