We use state-of-the-art technology to produce the standard range, which also incorporates our results from R & D. The Hessel Metall + Plastic GmbH is a medium-sized company based in Berlin and currently employs 20 people.



Our core business includes the complete machining of components and parts. We manufacture small and medium series, but also in pilot production and in the manufacture of individual parts are our strengths. The Hessel Metall + Plastic GmbH is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000.



The production takes place on modern CNC machine tools with which we can produce both series and also items economically and on time.

The Hess Maschinenbau GmbH was founded in 1980 and is headquartered in Wittighausen.



We manufacture our wide-ranging production program with a modern machine park. Turning, we use four vertical CNC - Food - Lathes one of a diameter of 20 -250 mm and a length up to 1000 mm.

A double spindle lathe with short bar loader, EEZ. and Y-axis.

In addition, 3 Pick-Up lathes up to diameter 120 x 80mm.

In the area there are 3 milling machining centers with cutting length up to 3000 mm and with up to 4 axes.



Our product range includes rotary or milled parts of different sizes made of stainless steel, general steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals.



With timely orders (of lot size and delivery dependent), we guarantee 100% delivery performance. The order management and delivery monitoring is ensured by our individual computer system.

Our lot sizes range from small series up to kanban-controlled large scale production.

We currently employ 10 staff and two apprentices.

The Lothar and Wilhelm Hetschelgründeten 1969 brothers in Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen, the Hetschel GmbH & Co. KG. Since 1976, the production takes place in brackish Home Meimsheim near Heilbronn, in a modern manufacturing facility, which is optimally adapted in size and structure to meet the needs of our product and service range.
Initially, the company's core competence lay in the design and manufacture of racing karts and 2-stroke racing engines (today RacingTec).
Today we present ourselves as a medium-sized company that can look back on more than 35 years of experience and a wide field of competence covers. Contributing the divisions EngineeringTec, ProductTec and Tooltec in with their services, manufacturing capabilities and innovatien products.
In addition to quality, reliability, technology and experience of dialogue with the customer plays a central role in helping us. Then there is the willingness to take on new challenges and find common solutions.

The Company



The Heuer was founded on 01.10.1994 to customize with the target individual parts, small series and devices.



After a short gift market, the company quickly became a customer-oriented extended by the purchase of more CNC machine tools.



The end of 1997 our then existing premises were too small.



Already in December 1998, a company expansion into a newly constructed production and assembly hall could be made.



In 1998 the company was converted into change

Welcome to the Heuer precision parts GmbH in Wernau near Esslingen.

Our specialty is the CNC machining of metals and non-metals.

For our customers, we produce high quality parts in small quantities, prototypes and pilot series to series parts in larger editions.
Again this year, we continue to invest. We have end of January 2012 took another 4-axis machining center with pallet changer 14 in operation.

We offer a wide range of other services such as grinding, broaching, burnishing and honing. For edits, we can not perform at our house, we cooperate with reliable partners.
