was founded in 2004 and has emerged from many years of CNC production of small and large series since 1989.

Thanks to our know-how and our modern machinery, we are able to produce projects extremely quickly and in the highest quality.

We also offer 5-axis simultaneous milling, which is the ultimate discipline in milling and requires a great deal of knowledge. When used correctly, astonishing results are possible, even with problem parts.

The Ambrosi Cesare high-precision mechanical workshop is an historical firm of the Trentino region founded in 1934 by motivated and skilled people, driven by a great passion for technology and precision mechanics.
Today Ambrosi, at the third generation, has the honour of continuing this path, boasting a
considerable experience in metal cutting and sharpening of special tools.
The expertise developed over the years as well as the ongoing technological growth have allowed the Ambrosi Cesare to operate in a wide range of national and international prestigious fields: technology, aeronautics, food industry, pharmaceutical/medical, energy, optical, graphical, military and automotive. Our sharpening centre is highly specialised in the construction and sharpening of both standard and special tools and particularly the GEAR CUTTING sector. We also include an innovative and high-quality recoating service.

The AMH GmbH has specialized in the sale of round steel products, as well as mechanical manufacturing. Therefore, we can supply for many demanding applications of industrial steel bars and tailored fixed lengths (Sawing) for further processing, as well as pre-and finish machined parts.

Mechanical Production

In our CNC subcontracting division, various cast and forged parts in annual quantities of 1,000 to 1.5 million pieces are machined on CNC machining and turning centers. There are currently 30 machines in use in Amkon's Plant II, which are looked after by our employees in two or three shifts.



CNC subcontracting was certified for the first time in 2008 according to the DIN EN ISO 9001 quality management system. In series processing, we attach great importance to consistent product quality. It is therefore a matter of course for us to check and document the manufactured parts accordingly. An air-conditioned precision measuring room with the appropriate measuring technology in the form of measuring equipment and measuring systems is available for this.

CNC MILLING
Ammann AG is your reliable partner for CNC machining - especially when it comes to parts with high quality standards. We produce pre-finished components from solid or from forged or cast blank. We machine with our Machining Parts, which have up to 1.2 cubic meters per side and are up to 1000 kg.

CNC machining with high cutting volume allows Ammann AG a very economical and precise machining. We are medium-sized and adapted to produce larger batches with the highest possible quality.

CNC TURNING
When CNC turning "off the shelf" parts are machined with a maximum diameter of 65 mm and a maximum length of 360 mm.

FORGING
Ammann AG is a traditional industrial company that produces high-quality in the weight range of 0.1 to 80 kg drop forgings. The company specializes in parts that are later exposed to a particularly heavy burden.

There are specific components manufactured for international companies in the machinery and plant in all steel grades up to the light metal.

CERTIFIED WELDING
For many years, operates Ammann AG welding at the highest level. For the development and manufacture of welded structures, which are later exposed to heavy loads, or must meet high safety standards, Ammann AG is your experienced partner.

The company is certified according to SIA 263/1 and EN 3834-2 H2. Welding according to DIN EN 15085-2 (CL1)
Rounds off the portfolio in the welding of components for rail transport.

CONSOLIDATION RAYS
