Founded in 2005, A. Moor Precision Engineering is a medium sized company based in Ostersander.

Our main expertise lies in the areas of milling, turning, drilling. We manufacture individual parts and series for machinery and plant engineering, the automotive sector, the commercial vehicle industry and parts for Hydraulikkompomnenten. Our highly qualified personnel made to the latest CNC machines. Are processed technically sophisticated components that are coated or finished as required for reliable firms.

On a production area of about 750 m² we work with a highly modern machinery to ensure our customers the highest precision can.

Amsler & Frey is an innovative Swiss company in the plastics industry. We specialize in the CNC machining of sophisticated plastic finished parts, the assembly of assemblies and the trade of semi-finished products made of plastic. We also offer a comprehensive range of additive manufacturing (3D printing).

CNC processing

Your products are produced in the air-conditioned production hall on the most modern, multi-axis CNC processing machines.

Amsler & Frey specializes in dry machining. This method has the advantage that the plastic parts are not contaminated by coolants. This eliminates material damage caused by oil pollution.

The rotation range we manufacture on CNC lathes with driven tools from Okuma.

Our well-maintained, state-of-the-art machinery includes the following:

Machining centres
For complete 4 and 5 axis machining with 1-4 spindles. Single and multiple clamping of complex spherical, grey, aluminium and stainless steel cast parts (from prototype to serial production).

Lathes / Turning centres
With up to to 48 tools for bar machining up to 65mm diameter.

Grinding machines
- for external and internal cylindrical grinding, plunge-cut grinding, centreless grinding, between-centre grinding, brushing, polishing.

Honing machines
Manual, semi-automatic and automatic ( with integrated wash centrifuge) for diameters from 3-60mm.

Component cleaning equipment
Fully automatic 3 chamber washing system with integrated ultrasound function for complete cleaning of complex components.
