In recent years Finmetal Lux Srl has tried to improve its quality and service by giving the customer a complete package, from raw to final packaging with the possibility of direct transport from our headquarters. It also collaborates with national and international die-castings with technical consultancy for the realization of projects from drawing to molds. The company was founded in 1958, has a constructed area of 2500 square meters and it is ISO 9001:2000 certified. The production of die cast parts made of zinc alloys (Zamax) is our product line and the manufactured parts have to carry a weight range of 2 g min to max 2 Kg We are structured around the following mechanical machining:
Curls, countersinking, thread cutting, sand blasting, drums and assembly. In addition, the following surface treatments such as nickel plating, chrome plating, zinc plating, painting and powder coating can be carried out. The machines that we have in use, are hot chamber machines with electric heat maintenance yards.In order to achieve a better quality all the machines are automated by automatic lubrication and control scales of the casting weight. As for our quality, we have besides the usual mechanical instruments via the following electronic devices: Digital - gauges, tensile testing, three-dimensional Dea Swift, motor-driven, for Erstmuterprüfberichte provided with software for storing and periodic inspection of all identified dimensions.All measurements are archived on the PC and thus we have the following options: storage and data processing with compressed possibility of checks carried out; Rückvervollbarkeit of the product by means of identification that is done by assigning the lot number. The new Fonderie Alluminio Tazzari S.p.a. has been established in 2014 from the merger of the two aluminum foundries of the Tazzari Group: Fomet Spa and Shell Casting Srl with the modern pattern making Modelleria Imolese Srl, based on the know-how of 50 years of history and experience and continuous development in the aluminum castings world, where Tazzari is italian leader since 1963.
The company is located in two plants in Imola for a total of 19000 sqm covered and employ today about 150 persons with a turnover of 25 Mil€ in 2014. It produces small-medium and large aluminum castings up to 3000 kg/each of weight and gravity die-casting as well as low-pressure die-casting from 1kg/each to 40 kg/each. Fonderie Alluminio Tazzari SpA made an high quality production of 2 million of aluminum castings in 2014.
Strong points: finished items can be offered (mechanical machining outsourced by long-term partners), pattern manufacturing and cores production is integrated.

The company Stal-Met with domicile in Osobnica near to Jasło, (Podkarpacie province, administrative district Jasło) is a family company with 30 years of experience. It was founded in year 1989 by Stanislaw Majewski, and since 2001 managed by his son Marek Majewski. The company produces a wide spectrum of metal products, among others:

- furniture - blades for rotation mowers, combine harvesters, straw cutters for combine harvesters, Polish and foreign mowers,
- common and decorated turned hinges,
- simple, decorated angle strap hinges for front doors, garage gates,
- hinges for shutters in buildings, bungalows, which are very popular in and outside of Poland,
- screw elevators for setting and leveling of bungalows, house trailers etc.,
- parts of machines for wood processing, rollers for circular saws, rollers for plane machines, rollers for milling machines, rollers for grinding machines, face milling cutters, pulleys, cramps, anchors,
- ZN-Type solid links. We offer also our services in the range of machining, cutting with wire electro-erosion machine CNC, hollowing with spark erosion machine CNC, press forming, general metalwork and regeneration of subassemblies for internal combustion engines of different cars, trucks, tractors of Polish and foreign production.

We also produce and regenerate parts for antique cars Fiat Topolino, Saab, Lancia, Mercedes and others for export to many countries in the world. We cooperate with other companies of similar branches in foreign countries.

We have big stock of machine tools, we do professional mechanical processing on conventional and numerical-controllable machines CNC. We work on professional programs Solidworks and SolidCam, which facilitate and accelerate our production. We design and make forms for PVC, gums, blanking dies, stamping dies for presses. We still modernize the company and improve the production methods, in order that they become more and more modern and innovative. The qualified staff numbers 10 persons.
