Family Aluminium foundry, we are specialized in gravity die casting, we develope the project with internal software and co design with client new casting, we could also do simulation. We are specialized in big casting with thikness area, we work for technicall lighting, biomed, mecchanical trasmission, and other. Our goal is follow the new need of market, flexibility and quality and good costs.

The new Fonderie Alluminio Tazzari S.p.a. has been established in 2014 from the merger of the two aluminum foundries of the Tazzari Group: Fomet Spa and Shell Casting Srl with the modern pattern making Modelleria Imolese Srl, based on the know-how of 50 years of history and experience and continuous development in the aluminum castings world, where Tazzari is italian leader since 1963.
The company is located in two plants in Imola for a total of 19000 sqm covered and employ today about 150 persons with a turnover of 25 Mil€ in 2014. It produces small-medium and large aluminum castings up to 3000 kg/each of weight and gravity die-casting as well as low-pressure die-casting from 1kg/each to 40 kg/each. Fonderie Alluminio Tazzari SpA made an high quality production of 2 million of aluminum castings in 2014.
Strong points: finished items can be offered (mechanical machining outsourced by long-term partners), pattern manufacturing and cores production is integrated.

In our 3000 square meter closed area factory with hot chamber die casting machines for zamak castings, and many sizes of presses to form steel sheet parts, for further processing and finishings ,many threading, riveting machines, automatic assembly systems, CNC machining centers , we are capable of offering full services to our customers from mold design and making, through production of zamak and steel sheet parts to surface finishing and assembly (Plastic injection available in our own factory) under one roof.
