The Hoffer Steel Foundry Ltd. was established in 2008. The main activity of our company is the production and sales of castings that are made from poorly alloyed or unalloyed steel in small, medium and large quantities. Our castings are made for an extensive use of spare parts for different types of vehicles. These are ranging from axles of commercial cars, parts of heavy agricultural machines, earth moving machines, fittings and other mechanical parts of railway industry to miscellaneous casting parts.

The predecessor of our newly established company was operating under a different name as a steel foundry workshop.
The predecessor, Hofherr Kispest Factory, was referred to as the „headquarter” of the Hungarian agricultural and tractor manufacturing.
Due to a merger in 1973 the company continued its activity under the supervision of RÁBA Győr. Later, the production of traditional agricultural machines was being changed into the production of spare parts for the automotive industry especially for commercial cars and for production of casting parts.

The steel foundry was operating as a structural unit of RÁBA Győr in the past.

Since January 2008 the Hoffer Steel Foundry Ltd. is running continuously with professional competency, applying high-tech environment protection technology with certified quality management system, EN ISO 9001:2000, and it represents a decisive company at the domestic steel casting production in the field of unalloyed and poorly alloyed steels.

Our current production is 1000t/year but it’s enlargeable.

Hoffmann GmbH ALEXPERT has a 125-year company tradition as a foundry. In operation with 30 employees cast aluminum is produced in the process hand-and machine-mold casting, gravity die casting as well as prototypes.

The production is technology dependent on modern plants in the furan or Bentonitsand or hand formed for the benefit of our customers. We have a quality management system. Our product variety and flexibility, we serve a wide range of customers.

The heart of any foundry are the furnaces. We work with modern Liquitherm - furnaces of the company Nabertherm that offer all the prerequisites for proper melting. For heat treatments, we use a Mobilotherm - Herdwagenofen same company.

Illichmann Cast Alloy is an aluminum foundry with a long tradition of specializing in aluminum gravity Kokollien, low pressure casting and sand casting.

Illichmann belongs since 2010 to Alicon Group is one of India's largest aluminum foundries with attached processing and Oberflächenbaschichtung with more than 2,800 MA. We are happy to receive requests for even larger volumes for our Indian parent company.
