We produce on our farm in Derendingen mainly high-quality castings for the engineering industry. From single parts up to series.

In the following procedure we produce your castings:

* Sand castings from 50 grams to 200 kg.
* Permanent mold castings from 10 grams to 10 kg.
* Vacuum castings in the ceramic process to 6 kg.

Aluminum castings have the advantage that they are often more economical to manufacture compared to welding, milling or assembly constructions. Mostly they are also stiffer and cheaper.

On-site equipment for quality control of castings:
1. Stationary X-ray unit PHILIPS for non-destructive testing internal quality of castings and completeness assembled assemblies. Commonly used in the sampling and mass production castings.
2. Spectral analyser SPECTROMAXx - chemical composition of supplied castings
3. Hardness tester (HB).
4. VIC Helium leak detector MS50 - Leakage test products against the flow of helium vacuum, according to EN 1779: 1999. The test is used for qualitatively very demanding castings. Element helium as control medium due to its very small-sized molecules guarantees 100% confidence compared to tests using air.

Destructive and dimensional tests are provided in cooperation with accredited laboratories.

We started our industrial activity in 2013, in the manufacture of cast aluminum parts. In the following year we started manufacturing LED industrial luminaires and acquired our first CNC machining center. Subsequently we started the activity of welded metallic constructions and industrial maintenance. In 2020 we started the powder painting activity, with electrostatic painting and blasting facilities.
