As a member of the Caditec Group, one of Romania’s leading integrator of automation technology in industrial production processes, Hawema is the production site for and inhouse-supplier of Caditec Automation SRL for milled and drilled parts and assembly groups.

We manufacture the parts and assembly groups for the production lines or fixtures designed by Caditec Automation or NUARB. We are the ones who make it happen. From mock-up to SOP!

Beside our inhouse production we also offer premium quality to external customers, mainly global players but also to Romanian partners in the domestic market. We manufacture installation or storage-finished machine parts according to drawings or samples from all machinable materials. Furthermore, we produce almost any type of gears, milled, or ground encountered. The respective wheel center can be delivered or made by us.

The H + K product portfolio includes the method hardening, vacuum hardening, gas nitriding, salt bath, carbonitriding and tempering as well as galvanic surface treatments.
Modern systems, innovative process technologies and skilled staff guarantee that the increasing quality requirements are met on time and every day.

HSP Schwahlen GmbH was founded in 1945. From on 1951 the production had been focused on adapter and withdrawal sleeves being the basis of our current line. At the beginning of the eighties CNC production of goods having greater dimensions was introduced.

HSP supplies all main bearing manufacturers as well as the larger distributors. The standard production range on adapter and withdrawal sleeves, nuts and locking devices is completed by optional hydraulic assistance, abnormal metric inner diameter or complete inch-sized sleeves as well as all specialties based on customer specifications. Besides this we manufacture hydraulic nuts as well as precisely turned and milled thin-walled parts.

Since 2000 HSP is also manufacturing various kinds of cages for bearings from 100 - 4000 mm outer diameter in high quality, small lot sizes and variable material (brass, steel, bronze, aluminium, ...) according to customers requirements. In this segment we produce for all main bearing manufacturers.

In addition to the production know-how HSP has continuously improved quality, logistics and administration. This leads to the high level of quality, delivery conditions and service of HSP.

At our newly built production facility in Langenfeld, established in 2001 and in between extended several times, we manufacture with the latest technology including 3D-measuring equipment.

The certification of the quality management system based on DIN EN ISO 9001 and of the environmental management system based on DIN EN ISO 14001 by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance Limited underlines the endeavour to achieve highest possible precision and satisfaction of our customers as well as the best possible environmental sustainability.

The HSP production programme covers adapter and withdrawal sleeves, nuts and locking devices with 130 mm up to 3000 mm outer diameter and approx. 600 mm in length. Besides the standard we offer the following:
