The ENGEL competence center in Kaplice is an integral part of the ENGEL plant family and is specialized in the production of electrical cabinets, machine frames, oil tanks and peripheral devices in particular conveyor belts. With the products from Kaplice the ENGEL group can consolidate their system of claim in the market and meet various requirements.

Division Leichtmetallbau
The conveyor belts made in Kaplice are an integral part of the system offered by ENGEL. You are a modular structure so that they can meet all the requirements. The proximity to the Austrian sites and the integration of the other locations ANGEL go to the specific requirements of the customer with the production of conveyor belts hand in hand. This means fastest integration at the lowest cost to the customer.

To handle all customer orders in materials handling the entire value chain was built to production in Kaplice spot in ENGEL work.This means that up to the assembly and delivery of products all steps of the value chain are performed in Kaplice of the declaration order processing, order construction. This construction capacity in the disciplines of mechanical, electrical and software not only enables the handling of special solutions (eg: transfer systems, roller conveyors), but also the properties and development of new products in the field of peripheral equipment.

Division structural steel and sheet metal fabrication
In the center of excellence for structural steel and sheet metal fabrication machine frame, cabinet frame, oil tank and protective grille for the assembly plants within the ENGEL Group are manufactured in Kaplice. These are produced with high-tech sheet metal processing machines and plants on the state of the art and (welders, fitters, CNC laser machine operator) made with the help of skilled workers an essential part of modules of ENGEL injection molding of steel.This division is constantly being expanded and expanded the number of employees accordingly.

Division Electrical Installation
The main production program of this division consists of the production of electrical control cabinets including cable production. Over 3,500 cabinets for injection molding machines in Kaplice be produced according to order and provided the assembly plants within the ENGEL group as an assembly per year.
