LACURA LASER CUT GmbH — more than 30 years of experience in sheet metal processing with laser beams: An instructive period that has turned us from a pioneer to an expert. If we can do something for you, then we'll do it right! We don't do things by halves; after all, the result should meet your expectations.
From the cutting or milling part to the finished assembly: We can help you. On a production area of over 2000 square meters, we handle every single processing step: cutting — punching — bending — milling — welding — that's our thing!
We can also do the blasting and coating for you through our partner companies.

Medium-sized, certified (DIN EN ISO 9001: 2015) company with approx. 25 MA. Areas of expertise: Welding (shielding gas) pipes bending on CNC bending equipment, assembly and final testing of series parts, rework service in the automotive industry. Meaningful website is being created.

We have specialized in the processing of sand casting and investment casting components. Over the years we have built up extensive know-how in the processing of cast iron, cast steel and stainless steel as well as cast aluminum. The company Laser Express is an innovative, medium-sized company of metalworking. We produce complex assemblies using the latest laser technology, extensive machining and comprehensive final assembly. We successfully process all common metals and plastics for our steadily growing customer base.

Our wide range of production gives us the possibility your product competently, from beginning to end to produce from a single source. A PPS / ERP system forwards your products effectively through the planned manufacturing processes. All resources are used optimally. Flexibility, reliable planning and scheduling - especially in complex production structures or mounting modules - are essential in today's world.

The terms of economy and ecology are no foreign words for Laser Express GmbH. The use of energy-saving fiber laser technology and the very low use of cooling lubricants in the Metal Cutting belong to our standard.

We are a contract manufacturer with 84 employees, located in Trier (close to Luxembourg).

Our capabilities are:

- Precise machining of work pieces with a weight of up to 46 t

- Assembly (mechanic, electric, pneumatic) of components or complete machines with crane capabilities of up to 98 t and height of 14 m.

Our machining centres have a travelling axis in x of up to 6000 mm, in y up to 3000 mm and take pieces with up to 46 t. Our turning machines take pieces with a diameter of up to 1620 mm and 8000 mm length.

Under contract of our customers, we manufacture according to their drawings pieces of various sizes and applications. Gear box housings for various well known gear suppliers, hydraulic presses for the ceramics industry, roller presses for the cement- and mining industry, water turbines, handling units for the foundry industry, hydraulic units etc. cover the range of our possibilities.

A welding shop within our factory building can manufacture the required welding components.

Professional workshop services: mechanical production, special constructions, mechanical work, welded assemblies, steel construction, assembly work. Annual examinations, eg B. for hoists and shelves, as well as special work, eg. As machine relocations, complement our offer. With passion, ability and individual solutions we are committed to the goals of our customers.
