We have started our family business in 2012 by providing production planning and control of industrial production processes, for different customers in Romania.

Since 2014, we have started to diversify our technical services in the field of mechanical design engineering for our clients and partners. This request has appeared because our clients wanted to develop technical projects in Romania with our company.

Since 2014, we assure mechanical design engineering for different partners around Europe, but also in Romania.

In 2016, one of our clients has asked us, if we could help them with finding a supplier in Romania, who could produce these parts in Romania according to our created documentation.
This has provided another opportunity for us.

We have started to diversify the technical services of our company, which meant integrating a new branch in our company: SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT in Romania. (CNC Milling, CNC Turning, Welding, Cutting, Laser Cutting, Pipes and Sheet Metal Bending, Grinding, Measuring and Testing, Electrical and Mechanical Mounting of Different Assemblies, Heat Treatment, Powder Coating)

The PROSTOR Design company offers a comprehensive portfolio of services in the field of sheet metal machining including laser cutting, sheet metal punching, blanking, press braking, and bending. Thanks to a variety of technologies we put in use we are also able to provide our clients with welding services (resistance welding including welding of fastening elements and spot welding) or pressing-in technologies depending on the nature of the product. Apart from that, as the PROSTOR Design company, we have our own powder painting machines that we use both to cover the needs of our clients' projects and for the production of our own sheet metal products such as sheet metal boxes. PROZAX Co.Ltd. was established during the Barum Continental Otrokovice side business privatization.

Our main activity is machinery production, namely one-purpose machines and aplliances. The one-purpose operation producing appliances mentined above has ben running since 1965. After the privatization the production character was kept and it was then extended producing switchboards, electrical services and the one-purpuse appliances employed in other branches (e.g. plastic bags manufacture, steel structure manufacture etc.). Production of machine spare parts not made by PROZAX is another section of our production line.

PTC Bausch Kft. is a service provider for the development of production from prototypes and small series to mass production.
We optimize the item with the customer and further develop the required tools and implement the production process.
We manufacture parts for the automotive and household industries as well as for other industries, reinforced and unreinforced with all common thermoplastics. Our partner, the development company PSC GmbH from Austria, is also developing materials specifically tailored to the component that are not available on the market. We also make joint developments from the customer's idea to series production.
