We are a medium-sized company with around 110 friendly and competent employees, which has been producing high-quality CNC turning, milling and erode parts in small and medium-sized series for demanding customers since 1994, e.g. from medical technology, Lienar & drive technology, Laser technology, optical technology and measurement technology. In our own electroplating shop, we anodize aluminum parts. Our offer also includes the pre-assembly and final assembly of components and devices.

Located at the gates of Wolfsburg, our 80 or so employees bring almost 20 years of experience in development and production to the market.

Initially only specializing in the area of gearbox development, with our broad-based production we are able to meet almost all requirements, from centering pins to complete gearboxes.

Thanks to modern measurement technology, we can also measure and document complex components reliably and with high repeat accuracy; EMPBs and cover sheet samples are possible according to customer specifications.

In addition to the services in the field of production, we also offer development support, very happy in the field of electromobility. In addition, we offer the opportunity to test your entire product on our test benches according to your specifications or to convert or equip your vehicle in our prototype-safe workshop.

In 2015, we took over the company Zink Kunststoffsystemtechnik GmbH including customers and staff.
On 01.11.2018 we re-founded the company and renamed it RABATECH Kunststofftechnik.
Meanwhile, we have grown to a staff of 37 employees and a machine park of 23 injection molding machines in the range of 12.5 tons to 270 tons.
Our strengths are already in the development phase to offer our customers the support.
We make the material selection, optimize the components Injection-molded make the tool designs and constructions, build the tools and then bring the project into series production.
Our team consists of several skilled injection molding technologists.

On over 1,500 m² of production and storage space, we provide 15 employees with services mainly in the areas of aluminum brazing, CNC machining, welding, forming, assembly, storage and picking.
