In the fact that the disposable technology became increasingly important in bioprocessing, there was an obvious need for both bag holding, and road shipping containers made from stainless steel.

With major input from professionals at biopharmaceutical companies we started to engineer, manufacture and market the first stainless steel bagtainers® in 2002. In 2008 the Schulte bagtainer® systems GmbH was founded as an independent company.

At present, we gained more than 15 years of experience in engineering, designing and manufacturing stainless steel equipment. We supply major customers throughout the bio-pharmaceutical industry with well suited customized bagtainers® for any application (storing, shipping, protecting bulk liquids). Additional stainless steel process equipment related to single-use technology is also designed and manufactured at our site.

We continuously strive to expand our business to meet our customers’ expectations. Certified according to (ISO 9001:2015, DIN EN ISO 3834, DIN EN 1090), long-lasting expertise, and passionate people led to premium quality and cleanroom compliant products.

At the beginning of 2018 we moved our factory to Meinerzhagen, Germany.

Schulz and Busch is in 2000 founded by the shareholders Mrs. Petra Schulz and Mr Axel Busch company based in Wülfrath.

The Schulz Conveyor Systems GmbH with its seat in Gräfenroda was founded by Mr. Peter Schulz 1991st Immediately after the foundation began to invest in the latest technologies. The company Schulz-engineering was established in 1993.
Available is a modern production hall equipped with a 5 tonne crane.
We manufacture special purpose machines and handling equipment for a variety of applications.
Products are manufactured according to customer drawings or our own design (Auto - Cad).
Also supplied parts in the area of contract manufacturing and repairs are no problem.

We specialize in thermal protection tubes, thermowells, static mixers, pressure vessels, heat exchangers and tube coolers. We have an approval acc. ASME Section VIII Div.1 (Certificate No .: 54.838 - 27.03.2018) and are accordingly approved Stamp-Holder. Likewise, we are approved manufacturer for defense technology products acc. DIN 2303 and are approved for the manufacture of pressure equipment cat. II module A.

Established in 1992, our company has extensive experience in metalworking. We currently employ 50 workers.
Our production include:
CNC MILLING: We can vertically process dimensions 3000 × 1500, horizontally dimensions 2500 × 1500.
CNC TURNING: Fi 1000 × 1500 turning capability.
GRINDING: Flat - max. dimensions 3000 × 1500 in
                     Round outer + inner Fi 450 × 2500.
TOOLS: We produce all kinds of tools for stamping, forging, normals, plastics and various preparations.
CLASSICAL MILLING AND CUTTING: We offer milling services up to 1600 × 800 and turning to Fi 1500 × 500, Fi 400 × 4000 and Fi 600 × 1500.
WELDING OF STRUCTURES: Structures can be welded up to 3000 × 1500 and up to Fi 1200 on a circular welding table.
MATERIAL CUTTING: Cutting is possible on band saws up to 800 × 800 and flame CNC cutting up to 4000 × 2000.
We also have our own material warehouse.

The company was founded under the name SchwarzTEC SHS (blacksmith trade Black) in December 2009 and led to June 2011 as a pure online trading for wrought products. In June 2011, the Assembly service S + F that was added to and carried out installation work of all kinds. In January 2013, the company was renamed SchwarzTec and took over the company Elektro Radio honey in Titisee-Neustadt am 01.02.2013 and integrated into the company SchwarzTEC.
