Die-cast zinc / zinc die casting
The hot chamber die casting machines, used zinc die casting ensure reliable production with consistently high quality. You can reach clamping forces from 75 kN to 700 KN for castings with a gravity of 0.05 up to 1,000 g. As a standard alloy we process ZL0410, also called ZnAl4Cu1 or Zamak5.
