Lathe-turned parts and cast parts from the industry expert Arnsberger Metallwerke is a parts manufacturer in demand in Germany and other European countries with excellent industry knowledge. Our customers are from the fittings, heatings and sanitary industry as well mechanical engineering. With conventional and CNC-controlled single and multi-spindle technology, we machine economically simple and sophisticated turned parts made of brass, gunmetal, steel, aluminum and plastics according to drawings. We produce small and large series and refine them if necessary. In our fully automatic foundry, we manufacture precise castings for pipe fittings made of gunmetal using the environmentally friendly sand casting process. THE COMPANY Quality and efficiency since 1979 COSVECO S.r.l. was founded in 1979 and originally specialized in the production of brass and zinc die-cast parts for the consumer area. Over time, our company has focused on zinc die-casting parts developing expertise and technologies that today are used in all technical fields (furniture accessories, automotive components, electronic opening and locking systems parts, electric appliances parts, lighting components, cosmetics, hydraulic and pneumatic valves, etc…) and their application. COSVECO S.r.l. has highly qualified technologies and efficient systems for the production of components made of zinc alloys, as well as for treatment of various surfaces by semi- and full automatically production process. The company has grown a lot in recent years thanks to the targeted investments that involved both new production equipment and the quality sector with the installation of a metrological laboratory with qualified personnel and calibrated and certified equipment (eg 3D measuring machine). Furthermore, thanks to our information system we are able constantly monitor all production processes by traceability of the lot.

We founded MPjetting in spring 2021 with the idea of offering and manufacturing 3D sand molds for the open market. We are particularly proud to be the first company in Austria to have our own 3D sand printer. We have found a suitable production site in the halls of a former leather factory. We started production here on November 1st, 2021. The advantages of 3D printing include the fast throughput time from data entry to the delivery of the components, the unlimited variety of geometries and the cost savings due to the classic model facilities that are not required. If you already have a need for printed sand molds and/or cores, we would be happy to hear from you. We would also be happy to send you samples so that you can get an idea of our quality. You can not only obtain sand molds and/or sand cores from us. With our partners for design, casting and machining, we can deliver prototypes, individual parts and series parts made of aluminum within a very short time. At Fimtech we cast aluminium components with full respect for our customers' needs and quality standards. Three various-sized casting machines allow us to produce castings that differ in shape and weight (from 0,1 – 5 kg). The materials used are EN certified primary or secondary aluminium alloys, currently available on the market. Also, we at Fimtech provide sub-assembling services, with the integration of electric and mechanical components, manufacture electrical panels and other control boards. Our products are suitable for a wide range of applications: industry, electronics, power electronics, lighting engineering. Fimtech works as a subcontractor or cooperant in the assembly of various electrical/mechanical components and devices. COMPANY PROFILE Fisep (www.fisep.com) was founded in 1967 and is a reference point in the production of technical aluminum high-pressure casting (HPDC) and hot-forged brass components, in Italy and abroad, which are mainly used in the automotive industry, industrial pumps, electric motors, earthmoving equipment, gas and hydraulic valves. In 2018, the company was purchased by New Olef (www.newolef.com), a historic foundry in Brescia, which specializes in the production of technical aluminum alloy components through low pressure casting (LPDC) and gravity casting. The acquisition by New Olef, part of Capigroup, enabled Fisep to add continuity to its growth and implement an important investment plan in terms of human resources and new technologies to meet the challenges of a constantly evolving market. Fisep provides comprehensive customer support, starting with feasibility studies, MAGMA simulations, co-design, planning and project management activities. In addition, Fisep can offer its customers turnkey solutions, which, in addition to hot forging, also include the production of molds with highly qualified partners, precision machining and assembly activities. The HPDC plant has 16 automated work islands with clamping forces ranging from 170 t to 1450 t, which can produce castings up to 25 kg. Equipped with lubricants, operated by anthropomorphic robots to handle and separate the castings. The foundry consists of 4 melting furnaces, which make it possible to process various aluminum alloys at the same time. The finishing department has 3 different types of sandblasting machines. The brass hot forging plant has 6 working islands with clamping forces of 150 t to 320 t, which can form components up to 2 kg. Equipped with graphitization machines and autonomously controlled billet heating furnaces. The CNC machining department consists of 4 CNC transfers and a 4-axis machining center with a rotary table. Fisep is certified according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949.

Foundry RAFAMET Ltd provides a comprehensive package of casting services, ranging from analysis and the development of technical documentation, through the execution of pattern units up to casting and machining.
