Sheet metal processing
In addition to welding equipment our qualified staff are sheet metal processing, plate shears, press brakes and punching three available:
- 1 plate shears for sheet metal thickness of 0-12 mm, cutting length 3000 mm
- 1 CNC press brake BEYELER for sheets up to 5 mm and a length up to 3000 mm
- 1 CNC press brake LVD for sheets up to 3 mm and a length up to 4000 mm
- 1 CNC press brake BEYELER for sheets up to 12 mm and a length up to 4100 mm

Weldments in steel and stainless steel up to 20 T
MIG / MAG and TIG welding machines are used to manufacture welded constructions of steel, stainless steel and aluminum at ACM. Key employees have the welder evidence necessary for their welding skills refreshed by periodic training andbe supplemented.

Machining - Machining
To edit a wide variety of weldments 2 CNC lathes, a CNC bed milling machine and a universal milling machine 5 axes are used (for processing up to 2500 mm) at ACM. Since 2008 is also a Mazak machining center of the latest generation available.

In collaboration with partners is the possibility of processing of larger weldments at the request of customers.

Engineering
The mechanical engineering department, which is in strong expansion, provides the customer with design options according to the latest technical and technological developments.

The aim is to customers to develop production units which are the customer's individual requirements. It comes with ACM modern CAD design software for use. Our technicians construct 2D + 3D - CAD systems in the current version. (2D: AutoCAD / Mechanical - 3D: Mechanical Desktop / Inventor PRO + SPI - plate / tube).

The corresponding "dxf" or "dwg" files are communicatively and usable through e-mail. The e-mail sending from computer drawings zwechs inquiries and / or Bstellungen is possible.

Industrial Assembly
ACM offers beyond the construction of machines, the customer a full service, which includes both on-site installation, supervision of the trial run, maintenance, and repair work.

So among other things, complete Kneterlinien were planned from the feed to packaging for production and realized for the rubber industry.

The associated pipeline systems for hydraulic, exhaust, ventilation, cooling, etc. go well for realizing such as putting up tons of heavy kneading and mixing equipment on vibration-free foundations.
